there a lot of little things that go into a modular home that you have to take into account after purchasing a modular home, plumbing, site work, foundation, eletrical, appliances...etc......some do not like the idea of a modular home and do not trust the quality of a modular home, but those aspects are all completely up to you and how much you can afford or are willing to invest. A modular home can be just as well in quality at a stick built home. It's all up to the buyer
