When Such intense alapana is going on , the violinist must have utter respect and be silent, not squeak out of place , when there is always a delay from hearing a phrase and repeating it. I cannot understand why violinist don’t understand that being silent gives the audience a chance to enjoy the artistry of the vocalist. This is an appeal to the best and famous violinists. The violinist gets uninterrupted time to render their artistry anyway.

I am hearing Sandeep Narayan from Chicago on TH-cam. . I have heardSri V.V Murari many a times in Chennai Bangalore along with Sri V.V. Subramaniam .Trichy Sankaran sir and Gopalakrishan.
