I don't blame you one bit for getting that crock, Rocks. It's gorgeous, and a good price! I see so much good stuff in that store, makes me want to take a road trip! My grandmother had an aluminum Christmas tree in the early 70s, and used a color wheel on it. Sweet memories!❤️
Yea....I am screwed now for driving very far till payday.....hahaha. It sucks. I have a problem. But I guess this is probably better than saving money.
I had a fit over that Beautiful Crock you got, was so happy you bought it. It went to the right home, as you are a great caretaker of all of your items! Congratulations. Much love.
Riverview has some very nice, awesome antiques in their store. I probably would spend hours in there looking around..lol. Thank you for sharing Rocks. 😎👍😘😉🤘🤗
Ken Stewart was the man who created the Coke Polar Bear. The first animated commercials were aired in 1993. He based it on his dog. The dog was his inspiration. There are still some commercials as late as 2013. Could be more later ones than , not sure. So, the bank can be as early as 1993. Love the crock!! Thank you, Joyce ❤️🙏🇺🇸
I love the Croc you got that was nice beautiful I just love it when you get to the antique stores I think it's just awesome all the old beautiful things that's in there
Those color wheels used to come with the old Aluminum Christmas Trees to bounce color off the aluminum tinsel that made the branches of the tree. My grandparents had one.
Enjoyed this and wanted to say thanks. The camera movements were noticeably slower which makes watching much easier👍 Nice place to shop. I don’t know if there’s a store as well stocked in our area but you have me interested in checking out the locals.
It really is! I cant dig everyday. I would be sick probably. This is just a relaxing day to recover. I eat a bunch of Special Chocolate bars and am just ripped the entire time. In this one...I am shocked I was able to communicate...haha
Deal! Reginald is sleeping in the igloo. I just saw him a few mins ago. He wont go more than 15 yards away from the house now that I am feeding him. That cat is smart as hell. probably the most intelligent cat I have ever been around.
Yea....in all honesty....if you collect those at all. Call that store and ask that dealer to send you like $50.00 worth of a variety......and have them ship them in a large flat rate priority mail box. Something like that.....You would not be disappointed. Those insulators are ALL NICE, The people travel to shows and deal in insulators from what I understand. So they have more at home for sure. Buying them for that and reselling them in a city flea market......you could double or triple your money
The Pepsi Chests are more rare mostly. I would rather have the Pepsi in most cases. But that was a damn nice coke cooler in that store. I was drooling on that. That was just NICE
Yea....if I did not have so much stuff right now I would have bought it. Something like that is always worth something with a town name on it and that cool. Gold Mining is BIG.....and that is worth like $25.00 All day long in an Ebay Store. I think lots of people would want that.
Nice score on the crock brother! My grandmother had an aluminium silver Christmas tree which I now have, she always had it lit up with a color wheel like the one you showed at the begining.
Hello 👋 from New York that Polar Bear 🐻❄️ Coca-Cola Bank is from 1990 so it makes it 33 years old Thank you for Bringing me Along with you those Installators where Beautiful that Native American Indian plaque you was a Beautiful find I am Cherokee Indian I buy any Native American Indian items when I go Thrift store or antique shopping I seen he has a lot of Crystal's I definitely would love to purchase some Crystal's off of him I do Crystal healing I own over 300 Crystal's I can't wait to see where you go and what you find next ☺️ 😊
Nice collection of crocks you have Rocks, I can't find any in Northern Wisconsin stores and if I do they're not smokers like yours, mostly moonshine jugs here and very few with lettering or stamps.
They are hard to find usually for sale anymore. I luck out on those Parkersburg crocks some because I am close to parkersburg. And they show up. I got lucky finding that....it would have not been there long
That is pretty cool. That was a damn nice cooler. The paint was nice...and it was real nice shape. I think that is probably the best looking one over all I have seen for a while. And honestly I should have tried to buy that and just put it up to show when i find old coke bottles in the video. Having stuff like that makes the dump digging videos a lot better
omg! The pair of pictures that are made with black string outlines and colored gravel that's glued-----I made those when I was a kid!! Came in kits. But the ones I remember was a set of Poodle dogs (very popular back then) and one was pink, the other one was blue. TOTALLY FORGOT about that until 11:44 in this video, lol! Thanks, Rocks.
Yea....I knew that had to be something to that effect. I kind of remember some older girl doing stuff like this when i was like 5 or 6 down the street. Those were nice. They are not for all tastes....but those are worth more than 20. I think at a big flea market you could get 20 a piece. They had a nice look.....and this african type stuff is a WINNER
Ok, I see how it goes... had all info on the Parkersburg Crock, going to call and buy it... and find out at end of video you brought it! Congrats! Guess am late to the party... all well maybe next time! Later
They will have like 20 like that sooner or later. They had some like that in the 300 range at that williamstown store. uI think one that is better. That store in Williamstown Wv is where you want to buy your crocks. There IS NO CHANCE of getting something that is modern and fake. The guy selling them there is an expert. and he is honest. Some of these stores rent spaces.....like the mall. I show some of the stuff...not all of it. There are fake crocks in those stores....Modern ones made to look old. Some you can tell pretty easy....some it is harder. Just keep that in mind. The place I can recommend...that if you call in....you will be satisfied and then some is The Williamstown Antique Mall. They have at least 20 crocks there now I would like to own as an investment. Lots of nice whiskey jugs...and stuff two or three times better than this crock.
Apparently during the war time a lot of their art was bought up and brought here and now the older old stuff is so hard for them to come by that the younger generations are looking for whatever they can get that’s original art pottery china ect. Figural art is hot as well.
Man you have some of the best Crocks ever in those places you frequent man. Dang I’m jealous. Just don’t see them around me much and when ya do they want $5-750.00 for em. Can’t touch those ones for less. I saw a five gallon the other day they wanted $7500.00 for. It was SaWeeeT but not that sweet
Yea....well all those ones I showed in that case up front in that last video...those that guy wants 1000.00 each usually or 700.00. That is to much. I am close to parkersburgh so I can get deals on those parkersburgh crocks usuaally. That Pa crock for like 349 was a good deal too. That conrad
Man I was rabbit hunting and came across a load of those Hemingway insulators once that had the screws and wire still on em. They were like an ice blue color but that big or maybe bigger. There had to be a few hundred of them I took a dozen or so of em and eventually threw em away. I’m gonna have to go back and see if that pile is still there. They were from when they cut the old wooden poles down and put the big steel towers up. Someone local climbed up one of those poles and committed suicide and not long after the state made the electric company build non climbable towers up. I think they probably just left them I doubt anyone ever came and took em
Yea they are not worth a ton...but they are worth enough to go get them. They are really well made glass and they can stand the cold and heat....so people are using the ones like that as toppers for like tomato stakes.....and items like that for gardens. And when you turn them into something like that....they are worth more.
Man you might wanna think about grabbing those oriental prints if they are signed pieces. Google lens the artist and look up art on the china market for that name. Some of that stuff is going for CRAZY money man. And most of it is in the US and they are buying it back. I have a buddy that deals in nothing but and he has literally become a millionaire in the last five years from exporting Original Oriental pieces back into their market place from the late 1800’s to 1930s.And he says it’s all over if you look in the right places. He said most folks have no clue what they are throwing away even in the trash. I am of course a trash picker lol. I will loose rubber trying to get turned around when I see a trash pile from a clean out or an elder who has passed and the family just throws it all out on the lawn for trash day lol 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 I bet I have made 5 or 6k on trash in the past year. I live in Nj. Close to the beach and have a camper at the beach in GreenHolly Campground. Every spring and fall I bring my enclosed down for a month each way and fill it up. 30’ enclosed. Packed so tight the porch mouse gets evicted. 😂. You wouldn’t believe what the rich folks throw out. See most of the homes are vacation rentals. The people either fly in or drive their minivans packed to the gills with kids and luggage. Then they forget how much room they don’t have and buy all kinda crap they can’t take with em. From grills bikes surf boards and the like to souvenirs. Then the rental folks throw out furniture paintings all the crap that didn’t fit in the 27 different family mini vans or yugos they rented. 😂😂😂. All for Barry to trash pick and resell to them on Facebook Marketplace. 🤣🤣🤣✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️ But then in the really nice areas I get quality stuff. They have no sense of value. Could care less to throw 100.00 bills out for the trash man and me. Lol. Half I sell on Facebook and what I don’t sell I take to the local auction. I’ve found some nice original Chinese and Japanese artwork that he has sold for me for nice profit though. Don’t pass that stuff up Brother. It’s literally a gold mine that not to many know how to sell properly.
No problem going the antique store again. I could do this all day long! I had a local bottle show today. I got some smokers for sure.
Love these shopping trips.Great tunes too.Them stores are loaded with eye candy. Thanks for bringing us along.👍🌍🌎🗽🇺🇸😎💯

You bet--I am whipped today. I am working on a video
Yes, that's what I was going to say---the color wheel might have been for an aluminum Christmas tree.
I had a fit over that Beautiful Crock you got, was so happy you bought it. It went to the right home, as you are a great caretaker of all of your items! Congratulations. Much love.
Lots of nice things to see there. I like the way you & your Mom have the Fire Place set up, its truly nice. :~)
Riverview has some very nice, awesome antiques in their store. I probably would spend hours in there looking around..lol. Thank you for sharing Rocks. 😎👍😘😉🤘🤗
Yea...it is a good store. It has been there for decades. I can remember going in it in the 1980s
Ken Stewart was the man who created the Coke Polar Bear. The first animated commercials were aired in 1993. He based it on his dog. The dog was his inspiration. I am going to one in wheeling this week
Those color wheels used to come with the old Aluminum Christmas Trees to bounce color off the aluminum tinsel that made the branches of the tree. My grandparents had one.
Very Nice D Crock 👀 you got. Looks super at your Mom's house. Your ençouraging me to go to the Flea market 😉 Thanks 🙋♀️🐿️🤗
Have fun! I am addicted to it now...showing the stuff in the videos is great...if I can find similar stuff to what I dig.
Loved that color when. A friends family had that pointed on their aluminum Christmas tree…psychedelic for sure. Really enjoyed Rocks. 🙂
Enjoyed this and wanted to say thanks. The camera movements were noticeably slower which makes watching much easier👍
Nice place to shop. I don’t know if there’s a store as well stocked in our area but you have me interested in checking out the locals.
That light is giving me flashbacks 🤣🤣🤣✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️ Disco Days just flooded into my 🧠
Searching those antique stores is a great way to spend a cold day. I love that A.P. Donaghho crock you got!
It really is! I cant dig everyday. I would be sick probably. This is just a relaxing day to recover. I eat a bunch of Special Chocolate bars and am just ripped the entire time. In this one...I am shocked I was able to communicate...haha
Thanks man love the new intro music ! Give Reginald and squirrel man a squeeze ..look forward to your show everyday
Deal! Reginald is sleeping in the igloo. I just saw him a few mins ago. He wont go more than 15 yards away from the house now that I am feeding him. That cat is smart as hell. probably the most intelligent cat I have ever been around.
@@rockscousteau thanks R C
I love all the old insulators! So many really cool designs! The prices are really good too.
Yea....in all honesty....if you collect those at all. I love those crocks there all so gorgeous.
Yea...I am going to go back there and buy some more crocks this month

Nice video!!
Awesome stuff 💪🏻🇺🇸
Thanks 👍
My dad used the light on our Christmas tree every year when I was little!
I have an old metal Pepsi ice chest, love all the crocks, I have a couple but none as nice as these.
The Pepsi Chests are more rare mostly. I would rather have the Pepsi in most cases. But that was a damn nice coke cooler in that store. I was drooling on that. That was just NICE
Really like the gold paper weight. Might call about it.
Yea....if I did not have so much stuff right now I would have bought it. Something like that is always worth something with a town name on it and that cool. Gold Mining is BIG.....and that is worth like $25.00 All day long in an Ebay Store. I think lots of people would want that.
I like the antique store videos but I haven’t seen you in Doug’s store for quite some time. 😎
Nice score on the crock brother! My grandmother had an aluminium silver Christmas tree which I now have, she always had it lit up with a color wheel like the one you showed at the begining.
That is awesome. That wheel has to put out some great color. I bet sitting in a room listening to some Pink Floyd with that n would be GOOD
Hello 👋 from New York that Polar Bear 🐻❄️ Coca-Cola Bank is from 1990 so it makes it 33 years old Thank you for Bringing me Along with you those Installators where Beautiful that Native American Indian plaque you was a Beautiful find I am Cherokee Indian I buy any Native American Indian items when I go Thrift store or antique shopping I seen he has a lot of Crystal's I definitely would love to purchase some Crystal's off of him I do Crystal healing I own over 300 Crystal's I can't wait to see where you go and what you find next ☺️ 😊
My guess was 90s to...😉
I once dug in a dump that had dozens of Thous ceramic insulators all colors . I picked just two and left the rest.
Lots of cool stuff in there. Wish I still had my pedal tractor. They are worth big bucks now.
Great deal on that nice crock
Those color wheels were put facing aluminum Christmas trees to "color" them. My aunt had one.
Needful things for sure that crock is killer🔥
I am glad they came down a little. That made it worth buying.
Lot of cool things. That Indian Chief head that you picked up would look pretty nice hung right above a display of arrowheads/ artifacts!
That metal US 🇺🇸 flag is a license plate topper. I have a Mobile flying Pegasus on my 49 Ford F-1
Color wheel was for an aluminum Christmas tree in 60 s. My grandma had one and I got t one ar sale.
I think that was awesome. I would put it beside a record player....and make a funky light show...lol
Nice collection of crocks you have Rocks, I can't find any in Northern Wisconsin stores and if I do they're not smokers like yours, mostly moonshine jugs here and very few with lettering or stamps.

Buvez Coca-Cola on the red box means Drink Coca-Cola in french, so it’s either from France or was meant to be sent there!
That is pretty cool. That was a damn nice cooler. The paint was nice...and it was real nice shape. I think that is probably the best looking one over all I have seen for a while. My ex wife's grandma lived in Parkersburg WV and had 3 or 4 of those AJ Donagho crocks in different sizes in her house.

The Coke Bear Bank is 1995 Era. Worth about $25.00.
Yea...I did not think those bears were in the ads prior to a certain date....I would have guessed like 85 or so.
That think looked older the plastic was odd...

I have a house full of that kind of stuff man.
Those prints were not pre 1900. I would say they were 1920 at the oldest. And most like 1940's
👍👍
