Quote from this Video: “Rest as awareness. That’s the teaching in three words. If you understood what that means, then you wouldn’t need anything else. That’s the whole of it. That’s basically the teaching. That’s the method. That’s the technique. That’s the thing to do. That’s it.” adyashanti.org

The level of simplicity that Adyashanti projects in his talk- amazes me every time!
Wonderful!
‘Knowing too much’ I’ve noticed it’s not only in spirituality for me but a lot of things in life, like psychology, dating and even gaming.
I’ve recently started to really limit and unfollow a lot of social media. It’s helping
Rest as awareness! Wooooooow!amazing! 🙏♥️
Thank you and enjoy your retirement.
the more simple the more advanced
I’m always amazed that awareness also does not speak in words ❤
Best mindfulness teacher ever!!
Simplicity itself!
This is so very poignant! If I took this excerpt alone, and applied it to my life wholly, I would forever be resting in the peace of that knowing. ❤
Its been 3 weeks. How all the bliss and knowing going?
What do you need to do in order to Be?
Thank you 💐🙏
Osho said this as well...in one of his books...consciousness speaks through many forms...though the result is the same...when its clear❤
For all its shortcomings, I am reminded of a quote from the EST training in the 60s, “understanding is the booby prize. “
All these years later, that succinct little phrase still pops into my head.
Blazingly clear
thank You for everything !
Thank you! 🙏
I call it "rest in being"
Love this guy....
Thank you for everything
That'll do for me .... clarity personified .... thanks.
I have stopped running after Samadhis and different states of consciousness etc ,now my main practice is Adhyashanti's true meditation (the one he is describing here) with some hatha yoga.
Ah, yes, the samadhis, dangerous they are
Thank you

There is no "Awareness enhancement practice"! Haha! Love it! So true. Thank u Adya!
Awareness is the nearest thing that can be found to Identity. Not that identity is personal.
For years I knew there was what I called the real, the actuality of life beyond my imaginations, I have tapped into it once or twice, but after a recent event I have seen that this which binds all things is not apart from me, it is me, I simply need rest and be rested in that , as that, seems obvious now. Where else would it be but within me, that which binds all things, living presence, truth,I am that, I dissolve into that, like Icarus too close to the ever radiant sun, I look for myself in reflection, looking inwards, but find that which radiates within dissolves me in its gaze and guides me with its ever present light.
Beautiful words ❤in which I see you

Can anyone tell me what is actually resting as Awareness means, how is it practically, and how do I know am resting as Awareness ... Paradoxically is it really possible to rest as awareness ... because the question then is who is or what is resting as awareness ...
i don’t know how to deal with him “retiring”…. 😂😢❤
Adya "retiring" and you're not knowing how to deal with it is all happening within the field of awareness. lol
Me too 😢
