- Hey so uh I've been playing Stardew for almost a month now and I fell in love with the chicken man,, So I made this animatic :, )
I'm sorry abt the drawings, I don't have a great tablet and usually I do the base sketch traditionally. But hey I did this in like 3 days and it was just for fun! I hope you enjoy. Also, PLEASE don't repost anywhere! I've dealt with a lot of theft already ;

So I romance someone different every Stardew Valley file. I know you can divorce them, but I would feel bad for breaking their tiny electronic hearts. I started a file to marry Shane, I'm at eight hearts, and I now get the appeal. This is adorable

I'm playing for the first time and I am getting them all up to 8 hearts before choosing to give the bouquet, and while I think of Shane in a more "proud of you, friend" way I think his later cutscenes are the best of every bachelor/ette
I fell in love with Shane my first run-through, I'd always meet him on this way through town for work. and honestly, I was kind of sad about the lack of loving-Shane community I found at first. I love this it's very fun and flirty, you did a beautiful job.

I started playing this game a little under two weeks ago (never played it before or watched any play throughs) and my first interaction was Shane telling me to go away and I am now on year 3 with this grumpy man as my husband ✨
I'm on year 4, with our first child on our way! He's such a sweet grump, fixing my fences, feeding the animals. Walking around our farm, checking for danger.

Unlike most people when they first play Stardew Valley, I adored Shane immediately. Dunno why- I felt like he was just misunderstood. So I bought him a bunch of pizzas, got to know him, fell in love even more and married him! No regrets :)

Shane really needs a strong person near by. He's soft inside but can't handle with alcoholism. Maybe if you could have help him change and free from alcohol in the actual game, he wouldn't be this... Shane.

He actually changes trough your relationship, rather, he opens to a farmer like the others do, but i think he's the most complicated character in such a way.

This is so cute! I love the physicality: even though the characters are just sitting at the edge of a dock, they keep moving in such an expressive, characterful way. They say a good animator needs to be a good actor, too - you must be great!

If you use mods you should download the Immersive Shane mod from moddrop. Shane is my favorite and it makes his progress feel more meaningful. Also he gets to say fuck.
@@arch0angel I have that mod!! It’s a real work of art, especially combined with a mod that cleans up his spouse room. It definitely makes his arc feel substantially more complete and satisfying to witness :)
@@foxfire9144 Apparently the modder is planning on making mods for all of the romancable characters, and honestly I can't wait. I'm not sure if its still going on though, because the last I heard of it was like... almost 2 years ago, but they're actively keeping the shane mod up to date so I have hope.
