I’m not sure why the usage mode in the settings menu has been grayed out but I think you may need to set up the 4-digit PIN in the menu. I remembered when you entered the usage mode option on previous year models it asks for the PIN to change the usage mode. On the side note, I saw the built-in demo for the CU7000 and 8000 and it looks new. The one for the Q60C and QN85C have been brought over from last year’s Q60B and QN85B.
That football demo doesn't reflect real footage. You can tell it's been edited heavily, the camera stops following the ball if it moves too fast out of shot, they simply cut to a different camera. The movements are far too steady, smooth and perfectly angled. Definitely well planned and rehersed.
Great Smasung tvs, I have a 9 year old Samsung UE46F6510 white OG smart 3D TV doing great for its age, great functionality and inputs, the problem I have is I'm a big fan in still using satellite connection input mine has it, but Samsung don't have it on many there models I need that connection I'm not too much just for that,
Bought one without the one Connect box. Any idea what can I do besides throwing the TV ? I’ve heard that each box is paired to an individual tv and even if you buy from another tv, it won’t work. Shittiest move from Samsung

Apart from going into a shop and listening to another one, is there anyway to check if what I’m hearing is correct? It is as if a low frequency speaker is not connected. Any help greatly appreciated.
@@TellyDan the TV is replaced is no thicker, and the only reason we bought a new TV is the old one broke. I feel like a mid range TV should have better audio and than this. I will go into a store and see what they sound like there.

It's the thickness of the tv, it's so thin the speakers are tiny. I'd suggest a soundbar or hifi system to go with it

TV was not faulty, just had terrible sound quality. Took it back and bought a Hisense which is dramatically better.
