I don't think Lucy is a bad actor, it's more the camera angle and the fact that they were high up in the air in front off a green screen (which was obvious) that made her cry look funny.

I can tell you one little reason why Aria might be A. It's not really detailed but it's kinda strange. Especially in season 4. Have you guys noticed that Aria is always at the scenes of where "A" attacks. Oh... EVERYBODYS at the scene at the sane time? True. But what about when something goes missing or when Hanna got taken from the cemetery and put into that old in-house phone booth? Who was standing beside Hanna when this happened? Aria. Aria was standing there. How is it even possible for her to be taken without her knowing? She was holding a statue. She was also the last person at the secret tunnel door. So she m could've sealed it when Hanna and her boyfriend went back to open. When Aria was dating Ezra or still seeing him, she would always tell the rest of the liars "I'll be back. Gotta go." Who knows what she was doing? And then strangely, something big always happened when she was supposedly dint Ezra. That's just my little theory. It's a little unorganized, but it got me thinking a little bit. People say it could be Ali's sister, but we already know the show isn't following the same plot as the book.
