my goddaughter was only 4 pounds, not a single ounce and was only 14 inces long, heres the thing she was full term, she was just born tiny, when she was born she didn't look underdeveloped at all, she came out looking like a normal little baby girl, she had chubby legs and big cheeks and bright blue eyes with red hair, she turns 9 in September and is average Hight and weight
