Getting therapy, in the process of walking away from a king of cups after over 30 years , Went from parental emotional and spiritual abuse to a marriage that was abusive in many of the same ways. If I walked away from my parents I will walk away from anyone! I do know my worth and choose ME! I suppressed so much because I learned to do that and pretend everything was okay behind my smile.
