Trying to find information on how to adjust the flow rate of the air provided and to aid exhaling so that I can breathe without having to breathe harder when exhaling using the nose mask. There are clearly buttons on the sefam s box which are designed to regulate and change settings, but without further explanation, I cannot change without returning to the unit, where the item is borrowed from. Since a slight change of the settings may enable ease of use at night, which cannot be demonstrated during the waking period, it would be most helpful if there was a video or booklet providing us, the patient with this information, preferably in English. I'm sure that the problems I am experiencing can easily be overcome, and anyone else reading this comment, may see that while the device could be useful to them, the limited information provided may go against their trying out or persisting with the use of the CPAP.

Did you solve your issue? I'm expecting delivery of the S.Box shortly and I'm concerned about how to adjust it
Trying to find some info on this CPAP to help decide whether to buy one. Videos like this crap are completely unhelpful and a total waste of time.
