As someone who did my ACL, rehabbed for 18 months then 2months later tear it again and now after 20months am back to normal. It's one of the biggest mental battles to go through. Well played Theo!
congrats bro. i was lucky that mine was a scrutiating 6 months. to then, also around 2 months later, i had an herniated disk. to a total of 16 months and i know how hard it is. happy to hear you message, means uve done it :))))
Broke my tibia patella and partially tore my acl about a year and a half ago. And have only just come back to normal undoubtedly the hardest injury to deal with minus head, spinal and neck injury’s

As someone that’s gone through an injury and multiple surgeries over the past few years I can relate, it’s a debilitating experience and takes away your autonomy and I’m so sorry. (maybe full swinging on ya bad leg was a bad shout but the games the game and you saw an opportunity and took it it. forgetting entirely about how it may effect you, your passion for the game took so much priority that muscle memory kicked in way before your own instinct to protect your own body is just proof of how much of a sportsman you are. wishing you a speedy recovery but please stop pushing yourself so much. ik it's difficult in the moment when everyone is watching you but at the cost of your health? nah man. we WANT to see YOU well. we don't care how many goals you score, we are all still so proud of you and your journey and wishing a speedy recovery

Hey Theo, watching you go down in the match was a heart breaker! I know how hard it is. I have been dealing with an injury that's ruined 10 yrs of my life! I have also been at that place were things improve and you start to push your self and something breaks and you are back at the start, happened too many times in the last 10 year's! I always watch the charity matches with a smile on my face. This year i shed a tear when Ethan scored it was such a beautiful moment for him. Then i was in shock and shed another tear when you injured yourself. It looked horrificly painful and after such a long recovery i was devastated for you. I cant play anymore for a few years now and know how it feels to get set back again and again. All the best youll get through it again and take your time with the recovery ❤

I could see you were in extreme pain, I've seen that same face in rugby games when some friends who had scholarships to French clubs tore their ligaments.
Had one guy who tore his ACL two times but came back and is playing for Stade Français, so you can come back better than ever.
I'm hoping it's not too serious, I can see how passionate you are about football and wish you nothing but the best.

Normally I never react to a video or atleasy very seldom, but Theo have a speedy recovery! I tore my acl and remember the struggle to get back on the pitch and even struggled 3 years before the acl surgery. but those raw emotions when you finish your first match and score a goal again after, are some of the best emotions I ever felt.

I cried when I saw you go down Theo. I broke my leg and tore my ACL playing football (American) and I can no longer play as my right knee doesn't lock. I know how much it hurts to think you won't be able do what you used to.. I'm sure you have great trainers and doctors that will get you back to full strength. Take care Theo!

Its funny and all that you getting injured during the game and its gonna be a meme but the reality is so much worse considering ive seen it take so long for you to get to almost 100% after the surgery and for the progress to go backward is just gut wrenching to think about. Hey Theo - you've been going pretty hard on your body ever since the surgery, it's a shame it failed you in quite a routine moment for you but it might just be a sign to take it a little slower. You've literally run a marathon, trained like David Goggins and god knows what else since then and it's barely a year later. Just take it easy, go for longevity not just video ideas - we love all the content ya give us anyways :)
