- Commuting can be a strange business of travelling through tidal flows of people for decades who are familiar but nameless and unknown. This song is about being a little more open in these daily travels to others and the whole experience.
I’m playing a parlour acoustic guitar in open G# minor.

I wish you a happy new week ... Fons.
Hi Fons, thank you for your kind words and encouragement
Hello Phil, this is beautiful poetry and great interesting music. You weave the two in a wonderful song that many people can relate to I believe. The veil is lifting from time to time but apart from that we're very much caught in our own business. I have not commuted to work in some time but I do remember well the days when I did.
@@davidmeister_ch Hi David, thanks for your thoughtful words and support. And all your inspiring music. I might be little over a year away from giving up my daily commute to work - quite something as I’ve spent around 26 years walking to pretty much the same bit of the city each working day.
Hey Phil . . . . a nice upload Mate. Always enjoy your arrangement/chords, but very much related to your lyrics in this one. Enjoyed Phil. 🎼 🎤 🎸 👏 👍🏻 ✌
@@johnnyl1957 Hi Johnny, thanks for your always encouraging and kind feedback. Looking forward to your next song. It’s been a good few months now since you released one - hope all is well.
Always my pleasure Phil. I like what you share Mate.
I haven't given up on uploading onto YT but my health hasn't been all that good for a while now. 😔
Cheers Phil. ✌ 🎼
Very good composition and I think the voice really matches the mood. Well done, my friend. Stop by if you get the chance. Have a great day!
Well done!!
Thank you Randy
