Any tourist who doesn’t let young kids and people in wheel chairs to be at the front, is kind of a jerk. I can see not disrupting the line if people with kids come in late, but to knowingly stand in front of a wheel chair or a young kid is incredibly selfish. I always see people who didn’t line up properly to begin with back up into the people who were on the second white, as if they should move back and end up behind them.

TBH I use a wheelchair and people just don't see you - so probably not delibberate just wheelchair blindness
