Had this tratment yesterday. It was no big deal. I felt only a slight pressure. It was a mi of anaesthetic and long term deposit of Cortison. The anaesthetic has already weared off. And I'm feeling good. Time will tell if the migraine will be Bretter. Have tried Prophylaxe for twenty years without any success.
We need to do bilateral for cleft surgeries. We have been doing ultrasound guided block it past one and half year. It's safe and the results are excellent.
thanks for the video i have one q u inject in the infratemporal region. will this spread to the fossa and block the ganglion ? or u have to inject with the fossa ?

@@ricardolafou5921 Do you experience any complaints such as electric shock, burning, tingling or stinging in your nose? I couldn't find an effective treatment. Is there anything effective? I'm helpless.
I always get excited when I get a notification about a new video. Very nice work. I have a question. How is this approach compared to the transoral approach?
Super! Tested, it works. Today my patient slept without a headache for the first time in five years.
What an amazing and informative presentation ! Thumbs Up 👍🏻
Great video and instruction! It's been very effective for my patients.
Useful and clear presentation. Strong work!
after you have ID the bony landmarks in the trans view rotate 90 degrees to get in in plane approach to see the needle
Nice work!
Appreciate the efforts taken for this video.
One query - For PDPH,
DO WE NEED TO HAVE BILATERAL SPG BLOCK?

Glad to hear your experience was good, and I hope the treatment has a long-lasting effect for you. Good luck!
When doing this for PDPH or cleft palate, do you need to block bilaterally, or is injecting from one side enough to get both in the fossa?

Thanks so much!
I need this block in my life, but so scared to do it
I would try it. Risks are minimal and it doesn't hurt.
Slurpee with 50% off your 0.2% ropivicaine. Love it.
