SPOILERS Many thanks! Glad you enjoyed as much as I did. I listen quite frequently and find the score(music) and sound effects ( like the boat engine and lapping water in the boat scenes and ‘Hoopers deep sarcastic voice tones’ very effective The edginess of the threesomes relationship is gripping. Hooper, Brody, Quinn As too is the suggestion of love triangle that the film doesn’t cover with Ellen Brody and Matt Hooper
"C'mon, you mother. Come and get your due!" "He's trying to chew a hole in the bottom of the damned boat! C'mon, you son of a bitch!" "I gotcha. I gotcha, you miserable prick!" Now that sounds like the Quint I know and love. I can definitely imagine Robert Shaw saying the exact same lines.
Absolutely brilliant version of the book. Although it is a shortened version, the sound effects and narration just bring it to life. Thankyou 👍
