@@DokutahShikikan I'm sure she will, I mean face it she's never gonna be beating those UR battleships like Bismarck Zwei or Ulrich Von Hutten but I am sure the retrofit will give her more needed stats and a useful ability, I can see her being more viable at least...I run an Eagle fleet (though I have branched into IB too) so I'll be using her at least, now poor Maryland needs something, she was the weakest of the EU big 7 and she's gonna be pushed even further down
@@DokutahShikikan I suppose that's true, the only thing I have to harp on it, is that its situational since it requires Maryland to lose HP to trigger it
@@DokutahShikikan Rodney's probably never getting a retrofit because she has a META, do I know that for sure? No. Do I like the idea? No. But they released Rodney, jumped straight over to the colorado class, and then announced her META, it's not likely to happen. And Mutsu can't have a Retrofit, her OP sister ate it and became a PVP nightmare for a long time (Mild Salt) so my vote is on Maryland getting a retro next in the big 7 Or a META, I guess.
USS Colorado by the US Navy’s standards is considered a contemporary of HMS Hood of the Admiral-Class Battlecruisers due to her armor and Colorado having heavier 406mm guns compared to Hood’s 381mm guns but there is just 1 caveat, the USN in their assessment had ignored 1 thing, speed which is mainly where Hood was superior as Colorado is 8 knots slower.
01:15 Colorado was never gonna find Earheart as it is very likely that Earheart’s Lockheed L-10E Electra had gone off course somewhere after leaving Lae in what is now Papua New Guinea and as we now know since the Royal Navy Batch 2 River-class OPV HMS Spey in 2022, 85 years after aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart and her co-pilot Frederick Noonan went missing, discovered that Gardener Island was incorrectly positioned on maps in use since 1937 This raises the cruel possibility that aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart and her co-pilot Frederick Noonan were misled by faulty maps which led them off-course and on a fatal flight to nowhere and they never realised.
@@Avalon64 Yeah but there is 1 thing that makes it even worse, if every map in use since 1937 has Gardener Island in the wrong place then every map in use before 1937 has the same problem
I'm just baffled this video wasn't delayed for the retrofit, I mean, I understand this was probably in production for a while, but come on. Do I think it would have changed your mind? No, not really, it just would have been nice to see a video that wasn't immediately outdated like three days later.
And with a retrofit coming soon she's gonna be even better!
She better. Otherwise she's staying a noob trap.

I'd reckon that Mutsu and Rodney have it worse, as Maryland at least has a 2nd skill.

Hope this retrofit will gain her more fans

My brother in Christ I was editing the video when the JP account tweeted the retrofit. Me acknowledging the tweet was added last minute.
