- Let's see if I continue to have this problem or if it is a one time thing. I hope that the issues lies in the headlight situation I had but I really do not know at this moment.

Thx for the honesty & transparency ! Most ppl would just blame Ford and not mention they fiddled with aftermarket. Very helpful!
I try my best to be fully transparent. If the aftermarket is what caused it I will make it a fact on my install video with the lights but I also do not want to blame the aftermarket company without testing more.
This is why I am terrified to make any sort of modifications to my vehicle that involve wiring harnesses/fuses/relays/ANYTHING electronic. I've worked in a shop long enough to know how fucked everything can get if one little thing goes wrong.
Honestly I have to agree. Mostly all the new vehicles are garbage. Keep us updated with what Happens.
Definitely will make a video update if I have any more information come up
What aftermarket company head lights did you go with?
I had a cash budget of $40k to buy a new car 18 months ago. I was blissfully unaware of how crazy the car market was (until I started to look). So I patiently shopped for about 18 months. I researched, read countless articles and watched countless videos before buying a Cherry 2003 V6 Camry for $6k. I put $34k back in the bank. I couldn't be happier.
Honestly, If you aren’t a car person looking for an enthusiast car. That’s the best way to go.
@@NavsGarage Thanks man. You should have seen the looks on all my friends faces when I replaced my 30 year old single owner Honda Civic with a 21 year old Camry!
@alexanderkennedy2969 It's absolutely beautiful! I found golf tees in the spare wheel well (that's a good sign!) and all the car fax data is from Marina Del Rey Ca and Scottsdale Az. Zero runs.
Love that. I have an 04 Silverado 5.3 and an 03 Toyota 4Runner V8, paid $6,000 each, both 4X4, both can tow 6,800 lbs, both engines known to get 250k+ with maintenance. I always laughed at old carburetor pick-up truck guys in the early 2000s who loved their 80s trucks, but now I'm turning into one of those dudes who doesn't want anything newer than 2007 lol.
Canbus doesn’t like externally attached things it appears ! Trailer hitch wiring is a good example ! Modern trailer hitch signal wiring uses a passive monitoring in line with the existing wiring to avoid direct connection to Canbus ! Did you get any codes on your computer with aftermarket lighting ??
Maybe an inline monitor to headlights and a direct battery connection would fix ! Like way trailer hitch wiring directly attaches to battery from monitor module !!
I did not get any codes when I swapped the lights. The truck ran good until just now so I will see what happens. Ford makes it a point that they are supposed to be modded so that kinda sucks.
@@NavsGarage Cool ! I have 23 Heritage 2.7 it had switches so no sunglasses holder ! lol it has couple issues that bother me !
Runs rough when starts and goes away when warmed up ! Cold up north so wait time longer !
Doors sound tinny when closed ! Feel loose ! Guess that comes with removability !
Had 2021 Bronco Sport Badlands before this one ! Problem free !
I am paranoid about directly connecting to factory wiring harness ! It is basically like an Ethernet back bone used for communications ! New Teslas actually using 48V and Ethernet in harness !!
good old aftermarket parts.......don't ever mess with the electrical system in any of these new vehicles as they are very sensitive to changes like that.
Ford and Jeep promote aftermarket but after this and a couple I definitely agree with that unfortunately.
It's seriously wild how bad new vehicles are. A $2,000 25-year-old corolla will go 300,000 miles with nothing but normal maintenance, but these $35,000 entry level cars have catastrophic problems before 130k in many cases. Even the smaller issues seem to cost 3-4x for the parts.
That’s why I’m buying mainly older car. Other than the bronco all my cars has 15+ years old. New vehicle like I said in the video are 5-8 year (max) life times and then you buy a new one
The only way that truck could get worse is if you put jeep logos on it
First problem is its a Ford.
A truck??? That is not a truck, far from it.
It’s literally a truck. Based on the ranger platform.
a fuse isnt a catastrophic failure. thumbs down for a click bait title
What a damn fool
