Ozone Alpina 4 - Back in the air at Mag Rim!

Eight weeks before this flight, on the first day of my Labor Day weekend Villa Grove CO flycation, on the 1st flight, I botched a landing in thermic conditions at 11:30. No excuses, I screwed up, timed the flare wrong. Ouch.
At first I thought it was just a bad ankle sprain, but 5 days later I could tell it was broken. Turned out to be a minor hairline fracture of the fibula. In a plaster cast for 3 weeks, then a DonJoy Aircast Elite for another 3 weeks, then walking and strengthening.
My Orthopedic doc did not exactly clear me for flying; obviously a hard landing would be bad. But hard landings are always bad, and I needed airtime! Mag Rim was working and I could not resist. Lee Boone and Ed Armstrong flew too, with Rod kindly offering ground support.
