Ok got it. Didn't beat game yet I was missing potos village cannon travel and I noticed You forgot to put pandora ruins in the guide. Right above close to pandora
Put flammies drum on a hot button, it'll save time instead of going thru the ring menu

Had an issue with it too, if you land and leave too quickly it won't count, so drop move a bit then fly away
Pretty sure it still counts. I just went to all of them without really any pause and got it.

I went through again, one by one, and it popped when I did South Frozen Forest. Maybe I overshot it last time?
