I just like the taste honestly. I enjoy one kups worth in the morning. I used to drink way more. I cut out caffeine for a year and I did sleep much better. Before I took that year off I was drinking 2-3 cups in the AM. I just drink way less now or sometimes have two cups but cut it with one decafe cup. Just cut back slowly if you are trying to quit. Don't do it cold turkey unless you have to for health reasons.

I find it very interesting that topics these guys talk about in every show, are always some discussed my Mike Isertel, Chris Willamson, or a couple other big TH-camrs in the health/wellness/fitness TH-camr space. This is a longtime and constant occurrence with these guys, for nearly every video they put out. Even more curious, is that sometimes they'll even repeat word for word phrases or statements made by the aforementioned TH-camrs, that they said in their videos. At this point, I'm convinced that these guys are essentially parrots who just absorb information from others TH-camrs, and regurgitate it. I see these guys as hustlers trying sell their "fitness programs" to the lamen, and particularly target women. They're also trying to make TH-cam money. But these guys have always had a slimy and shady vibe, and the fact that their topics so closely mirror topics recently covered by other TH-camrs on such a high frequency, can't be sheer coincidence.

I love everything coffee! A while back I decided to start cutting back till I was only doing decaf for months. Had 1 coffee that wasn't and man was I jittery! Ever since I have mostly stuck to half caff knowing this wasn't a good thing. My issue is that I love so many kinds of coffee and honestly caffeinated tastes better! 😂 I have a professional espresso setup and also roast my own beans. Decaf beans too!😊 I limit myself to 2 coffee drinks per day (normal size, not xl). And if I want something else that has caffeine like a tea or other beverage I plan it in my day just like I do with my macros. This way I won't get too much. ❤

I feel it's time to quit when I drink coffee and I'm more tired afterwards. I'm not sure why I start drinking it again after quitting. I started drinking coffee when I was 14 (at Caffe Pergolesi - Bookshop Santa Cruz locale, pre 1989) and love the smell of it and the morning ritual of sipping that first cup. It'll take a couple weeks to wean off with decaf, incrementally switch and I feel no ill effects of no caffeine. Shifting gears, you guys dropped santa cruz and alice's. I grew up in Santa Cruz (West Cliff Drive) and have ridden to Alice's on many weekend rides. Good times! ;)

I only have one coffee ☕ a day. But yes in excess is not good for you. I won't have more caffeine during the day. I drink water and Soda water throughout the day.
