Your beat is wrong. The metronome use for the beats of the song. But your metronome is off at the beat in that case. The metronome in this ear monitor us useless because its for the case that sometimes they can't hear the song due to fans screaming

Don’t y’all get that the ticking is to help them stay on beat? Never heard of metronome? But yes this ticking is a bit off beat (no hate though) you should try looking for the actual beat for the song so that it doesn’t go off beat! :)
