This was dope! I had only heard her album LP1 and had just heard this one for the first time. Her work always reminded me of Bjork but the Kate Bush inspo definitely comes through on this one. I'm really digging it. You should definitely check out her first album LP1. Just as good but with a different overall vibe and more experimental production. Also someone mentioned Caroline Polachek's Pang, but I recommend her album Desire, I Want to Turn Into You from last year. You gotta react to something from Bright Eyes. Their best in my opinion is Im wide awake it’s morning, but Fevers and Mirrors got me hooked on them because of my emo background. LIFTED is sick too, some of their darkest songs on it. Whatever album seems most appealing is what you should start with. Love the reactions man, there’s hardly any bright eyes reactions too

I really loved LP1, but this album took a while to grow on me because of how different it was. After listening to it a few times, I understood what a masterpiece this album is. "Home with You", and "Cellophane" are absolute gut punches.

Her "mixtape" Caprisongs is a bit of a venture outside of her usual style and experimenting with some other genres, and its fucking amazing lmao. Her production and the way she takes songs in completely unexpected directions but it still fits perfectly is at its peak on that album ❤
