SamPham - is there a way to do the Warriors patent three man pick and roll play? Where the screener slips, rolls hard & gets the pass, then lobs to the weak side dunker after the defense helps? It’s so simple but timing has to be perfect. Don’t think it’s possible to do in 2k

Hof defensive leader, clamps, intimidator, pick pocket and pick dodger (picks will be coming for you). Hof floor general and dimer still leaves enough for gold ankle breaker, handles for days, stop and go, quick 1st step and unpluckable. Seems like a you build as you are always a great teammate

I tweeted you but I need serious help. I can not stay in front of the ball. I get blown by with gold clamps after contact. laterally I over shoot which causes my assignment to get open and if I jump it does not register as contests and always gives me a defensive breakdown. please help me with actual on ball mechanics because movement this year is un forgiving . if I move laterally my player does a full turn around on defense which allows the ball handler that much more time to get open. how do I mitigate or cancel the extra animations on defense? @Sam Pham
Heir Christ I’m sure sam will have a great tip like always but honestly...... It is my opinion that this year the blowbys are just broken and lead to inconsistent defense. There is not much you can do as of right now unless they patch the game to make the defense more like 2k19. I hope they do. It’s not your fault tho!!!!

So it's basically the best way to set up defense depending on the line up you have on the floor so what ever your scheme can work & does the d pad defense affect your scheme or settings like shirnk the & all that stuff.

Question: if you don’t have a PG who can switch on to bigs or a C who can guard smaller guys, is this defensive system successful at all? Because in MyTeam, you can’t play players out of position. If a player is labeled as a SF, you can’t start them at PG (which is frustrating at times tbh but i guess is built in to avoid PG Shaq cheese)
Don’t worry, I also have a system coming out that doesn’t require all the switching. Check that out tmr and this weekend, since I gotta teach how to play better on ball defense first before doing that system
Its hard to find bigman for pg in my team. Unlike 2k19, we cannot switch to other position to point guard position if the player is not pg. Maybe, just wait for magic Johnson for that position.

Transition defense and back door cuts, when the CPU loses the defender, is still horrible. And there is NO defense that stops those stupid floaters from going in. They never miss.....

I can scheme that for you down the line with some settings managment. Is possible to switch 4 players and have one stay home.

I watched the whole thing so how do you set this up because you can't do it under Features settings I only see that in game? I even went to start a season because I thought the option was in the settings but there's nothing there!
