This is really not correct for a few reasons. First of all, Anna’s pizza appears to have already been cut into slices, which is not usual in Italy. You normally get a single portion, uncut pizza, roughly 12” in diameter. Everyone has to use a knife and fork to get started. How you do it is up to you, but most Italians would cut bite sized pieces and eat them with a fork. It’s possible that Americans would cut full triangular slices and pick them up like they’re used to doing at home, but that would not be normal for an Italian. I’d say most Italians use a combination of mostly fork with some hands, but everyone’s style is personal. However, the big triangle folded in the middle is definitely not common. That’s standard New York style, however.
This is just how anyone eats a slice. There’s nothing special about this. Most folks already fold to some degree to make sure toppings don’t slide off.
Comments are missing the point that Italians eat pizza with two hands. One holding the pizza, and the other moving with all fingers stretched upward and touching each other.
....you did a grammar mistake.........che buonA ..........pizza Is a female noun........la pizza ........ so if you loved It after the first bite you must say........... CHE BUONA 🇮🇹☘️
Cause we are not in US or any other part. We like to do ourself, eating as we like not pre cutted from a machine or tools. At least, we like to use our hands! Try
Are you Italian? What’s your saying is yet another stereotype about us! Are you Italian? Or you’re traying to be a local exactly like the ones you’re referring to?
No italian restaurant in Italy slices pizza. from Genoa to Lecce, Napoli to Trieste, or Sicily and every stop I've taken inbetween, not one has sliced the pizza. I have to drag a dull knife through the pizza and tear it apart. So the "lesson" is nothing more than a "look at me" vid. ugh.

And if you don’t, you’re immediately asked to leave Italy 😂
