Funny how Starmer wants to represent the 'human rights' of some, but not of those of the indigenous UK population.
I remember an african colleague of mine from Cameroon a few years ago, he lost his wallet at a conference. separately, it turned out he'd left it on a table and we looked into it to figure out who owned it. Amongst the great many credit cards and ID he was known as almost as many separate variations of his name that we knew him by. So there's that.
A common enough thing with Africans!
@HistoryDebunkedsimonwebb we innocently at the time asked him why this was, he said it was various tribal names and such. But it occurred to us that there were "tax implications" here which were allowing certain liberties to be taken.
@@jumblestiltskin1365 With 'colleagues' like you, who needs enemies?

First duty of government should be to protect it's citizens.
Indeed it should be. Strange, therefore, that the current government seems blissfully happy to imprison its citizens who like to point out its two tier treatment of illegal residents over and above others.
I met a Rwandan war criminal once. He was in hospital in East London where I was working. He told me that he killed very many people with a machete. Anyway, he was allowed to live in Britain as an “asylum seeker.” ECHR and all that.
I’m glad the 1940s German war criminals were brought to justice at every opportunity (though probably many more should have faced justice), but I can’t understand the leniency shown to African war criminals.
Cors they're oppressed blacks you see@😡
Never heard of Operation Paperclip? Google how many Nazis received the death penalty if you want to both be depressed and understand how we got where we are!

Geopolitics. Rivalry between Anglophone Africa and Francophone Africa. How many scientists of German heritage worked for the US and for the USSR on their respective space programmes?
It may have been him or maybe not, but it is certain that Starmer worked in the business of getting people we don't want here to be allowed to stay here.

It is alleged that Axel Rudakubana said to a pupil from his school in Southport
"Your country needs genocide". And he was excluded from this school after he was found carrying a knife - this was in the local paper the Southport Champion.
Of interest to is Tony Blair's (who has a flat in Southport) and his links to Rwanda's Paul Kagame, this needs looking into.
The way how the government and the police covered up the Southport case is shameful! 😰
When it comes to the UK in 2024 under Starmer's Labour government it is perfectly natural to assume that there is deceit at work.
thank you so much for bringing balance Simon....much appreciated!
You are very welcome.
What facts do we know.
Alphonse Rudabukana came to the country just after the genocide.
There's no evidence that Starmer was his lawyer.
Starmer was the lawyer for Celestin Ugirashebuja, one of the architects of the genocide.
Starmer earned huge sums of money preventing Celestin Ugirashebuja from being sent to trial.
Another architect of the genocide was Ancylon Rudakubana, so there's a possible connection.
That leads to questions?
1. Was Alphonse involved?
2. Did he change his identity?
3. Has Starmer met Alphonse in the past?
So , does that mean by helping this war criminal to avoid trial, under Echr rules ,as he is not legally a war criminal,he is therfore entitled to apply n recive asylum in the UK? Nice work starmer, wtf is in your head

Scummy is a subjective. You may believe you are not scummy, yet there will be people who see you as exactly that. They will all need protecting by the legal profession.

Starmer should be questioned under oath..
Interesting concept. But swearing an oath only works on people that fear something might happen to them by way of state or divine retribution should they break it. I don't know about Starmer but there are people around that do not hold any such fears.
They hope for us to be in a similar situation to the Tutsi.
Labour will end the UK.
I reckon the Conservatives did that with their mass immigration influx. They destroyed our Nation!
That is the plan.
If they don't achieve it, the Tories will just carry on from where they left off. Unless we can get a Reform government.
Could this also be the reason Starmer was dead against the Rwanda plan and scraped it once in No10?
Do-gooders are a curse.
How much destruction has Starmer triggered with his neurosis to 'be good'??
Millions of do-gooders in Britain, hence the state we are in.
Be good?! That's the last thing he is!
@@Occident. They're all narcissists. All they're really interested in is the self-reflection. I've worked with these type of people all my life. I've also noticed how keen they are to spend your money and how mean they are when spending their own.

Are you sure they do this because they are "do gooders" or just as means to an end? Being a successful barrister will generally open doors and assist you climb the social ladder far more easily than being from a technical or hands on background. The money that they can earn is pretty good as well, though of course there are plenty of ordinary barristers etc who do not end up at the top or making fortunes, they are probably the ones that genuinely do want to help the ordinary people of this country.
It's all rather queer isn't it Simon.

Yes very quare indeed.
Relying on 'official' documents is a major mistake. I can assure you, as someone who's witnesses the corruption within the British Court system many times, the term 'official' has lost all credibility.
In December 2006 Ugirashebuja was arrested in Walton-on-the-Naze, Frinton, Essex, by UK police, acting on a request by the Rwandan government. who requested his extradition for trial on suspicion of murder and for planning or incitement to commit genocide of Tutsis between 1 January 1994 and 12 December 1994. Three other Rwandans were arrested at the same time (Charles Munyaneza, Vincent Bajinya (Brown) and Emmanuel Nteziryayo). The accused were held in Belmarsh prison, South London, while the extradition case was heard at Westminster Magistrates Court (September 2007 - May 2008) before District Judge Evans. Ugirashebuja had a number of very senior barristers acting for his defence including now Labour leader Sir Kier Starmer, Edward H. Fitzgerald, Rachel Kapila, Patrick C. Hill and Rebecca J. Wright. Legal aid fees were at least £183,000.

What is a certain is that the courts in this country have often become a mockery of justice. Today it is reported that a man from Congo has been given leave to remain in the UK rather than being deported after his conviction for violating young girls, including his own step-daughter. The reason given, naturally , was that to deport this man would deny him his 'right to a family life'. The rights of his step-daughter and others to a life free from fear of this odious individual apparently don't matter.
Starmer has blood on his hands.
Starmer caused the deaths of those kids in Southport
Not to mention Mr Lynch. I have a terrible feeling that we need an independent pathologist report on the ‘suicide’. Do you believe anything this government says?? Why did he not receive protection in prison?? He’d already been beaten up by Muslims, the cowards.

What is important isn't if this particular man was defended by Starmer but that he was complicit in defending the immigration of people who have brought nothing to the uk apart from their personal political or cultural problems.
How much has it cost keeping a war criminal in the country ?

I had a tenant who had 11 different names on her payslips from 11 London Boroughs where she was an Outreach Worker, all while living /studying120 miles away. She was taking about £450k pa in wages from London taxpayers for nothing. She told me she was paying my mortgage and I ought to be grateful to her. After I gave her notice for multiple breaches of contract, not paying rent and attacking neighbours, she smashed up the house, defecated on the walls and somehow got her deposit back off the Gov run DPS. That's ok because I'm white. After repairing it at my expense, I sold the house and paid the government CGT for all their hard work. Never again.

You’re missing one point, the two are connected because if the father had been extradited back to Rwanda on the allleged arrest warrant for war crimes then the son would never have been a “quiet welsh choirboy” nor would he have even been here.
The problem Starmer has though is he has become the story and its overshadowing everything else the government does, usually in cases like this there is only one outcome.
