I just started the game and I NEED YOU!! Please don't stop the series. I have looked at several other streamers for this and you are the one. Looking forward to more :)
Man don’t get discouraged I love your videos. Personally id like to see your system on how you build big late game cities while moving industry off to other islands. Keep doing you man. Love it
I will also blame YT for not showing me the first episode of the series. I do try to watch your videos on day one but this past week was busy. I am enjoying this series with the almost OG experience with no DLC. It shows us how hard the game is without those DLC quality of life improvements.
We love you and your stuff Taka, don't get discouraged. You're putting out great content and I run your videos on a side monitor whenever I come back from a long Anno break. Keep up the excellent work sir🤘
You are really helping all us new players out, especially on console. Take a break and don’t burn yourself out on making content. I will definitely give those layouts a try as I am still somewhat new, thanks. I hope console will get all released DLC’s in the near future
Just finished the first episode again, fell asleep half way through. Not due to the video, had just been up for 20 hours, lol. Recently came across your channel. Love the content, just picked up a couple seasons and started a new game. Your guides have helped me a ton. Keep up the good work. Subscribed
cant wait for the next episode, so far I still understand anything / figured anything out on my own but I need expert gameplay please >.< oh ma gosh those last 3-4mins sound so complicated lmao I'm so over my head with this game
Love this recent episodes! I just started playing the game and learned a lot from your videos. Maybe the statistics is not great because the previous turorials with more views and likes would appear on top of these in the search results. But it is great to have the lastest update and see you play through it.
I hope u keep the playthrogh going!, im new to the channel but amped there is new content for Anno, what a great game!, once it clicks its kinda one of the best in my opnion
I'm super excited about the new series! Binged a lot of your Beginner Videos recently and it helped A LOT. My first city without declaring bankruptcy as soon as engineers start to settle in, wohoo lol. I have no DLCs yet and Beryl is still challenging for me. I would definitely also watch advanced and expert :) A guide how to survive/manage the advanced/expert AIs (as a Noob) would be nice as well, i thought I would learn this a biiit as soon as new AIs arrive in the expert/advanced versions :) Really scared to try harder AIs right now and still a bit overwhelmed in general 😬
You don’t need to build cannery till you have 50ish count of artisan houses. Or, you see 1 ton of demand of it. It actually applies to every production chain. If you have at least a ton of anything on demand, it’s profitable or has a little impact on the income. You don’t need trade unions unless you’ve reached the maximum usage of land or sources. Especially the hacienda and bright harvest dlcs bring so much opportunities that doesn’t cost influence. Influence cause more trouble than income issues in mid game. When you have enough influence and don’t want to expand your territory, then use trade unions. I try to buy every possible specialist abd item, then consider them when I try to lessen the trade routes and simplify the production chains. Cause it’s so hard to find them when you need the most 😉
Well, I have watched episode 1 and I was waiting for 2nd one all this time! And I'd be sooo interested in the expert version of this! So far I've found the early game very difficult on expert, unless I do something really cheesy like using Bruno from grand gallery.
Hello Taka, I just know your channel since a few week but honestly i love it i mean you explain things very clearly and your not boring. Now i know that not everybody undestrand english as i do (without wishing to be pretentious) but i do understand very well and i can translate your youtube video in french if you want to. If that make sense to you let me know and if you don't give a fuck just know that i love your stuff. Bye
my comment on engagement is this. I am a new player to Anno and am looking for guides on starting out. You clearly know the game really well but I don't think you take into account that people watching this series in particular don't. So when you say something like "I'm going to upgrade the roads" (30:30) you don't explain why. It may be obvious to those who know the game well but perhaps not ideal for this series? More explanation of why you're doing things, plus showing how some of these things are done (at 4.05 you mention a consumption tax which I have no idea how to set up), would be appreciated!
I have a total walkthrough and guide series that goes over all the details of this kind of stuff. I didn't want to reinvent the wheel really... Just playing like normal and showing regular gameplay with it taking 50 parts bc I'm explaining every little thing.
would be massively hyped for the series, but the dealbreaker for me was no DLCs. I can manage the base game very well, but struggle navigating when or how to settle embessa or the arctic, how to incorporate the new resources from these regions into the old world populations etc.
I feel like I've done those videos to death is the thing... Both unmodded and modded and I have multiple full guides for them. With so many console players who don't get that stuff and new PC players with no DLC yet, I felt this was something I hadn't done yet.
I will be honest, I just started playing with my wife, and NOTHING in this game makes sense. I have less population and less artisen but you can keep up more production with less buildings? I have 7 wheat farms, 6 bakers, and 3 flour makers. With 600 artisen I am losing bread. Same with Susages and worker outfits and honestly this game is so broken and makes no sense. Also its so annoying to cramp everything on little islands lol I feel like I have zero room and am playing tetris at that point. I have been hugely dissapointed in this game since I bought it for the 10 year anniversary sale... but at least the music is good the graphics are nice! Zero game balance IMO.
I got the game a week ago and somehow saw your Channel and watched Part 1. really liked it. But you changed so much stuff between the both parts.. I was looking for guidence on when to build/expand or how to build stuff together…but you‘re using stamps and skipping some crucial building stuff. If this was something for new players, you are way too rushing and advanced..
Check the description. I'm not trying to do a full walkthrough with these videos. I'm just doing broad overview stuff... If you want more step by step then I have a full guide series that would be what you're looking for.
Why not keep making these for new people like me to discover you and just started on Anno? I don’t know, it feels shitty that you’re not wanting to do more just because of numbers. I watch helpful videos that get hundred views, and they are so passionate. Sorry…
My playlist called the ultimate guide to Anno 1800 is probably the best thing for new player to watch... It's still up to date and accurate with the game and walks you through everything without DLC content.
Don't get discouraged! We know you LOVE this game and your content has always been the BEST over all these years. ❤

Well I can only speak for me but I would have happily skipped the last 2 videos; I was waiting for this part 2 of the new series :)
Willie going to war with Beryl is hilarious
That's like a Pomeranian picking a fight with a Pitbull

Finally! I was looking forward for part 2 :D

I'm glad you're making these vids. So nice to have an updated let's play with the newest updates. 😊
The first episode did not show up on my feed. TH-cam sometimes is broken
Sorry I prob forgot to say that I really enjoyed your last episode! Keep it up mate! 🙂
I appreciate all your content, but personally I like the 10-15 minute How To videos more than the longer LPs.
cant wait for the next episode, so far I still understand anything / figured anything out on my own but I need expert gameplay please >.<

Please make more of these. Loving these series.

Sorry to hear about the poor reception. I myself was very excited, especially for the harder game modes.
yesss same! I was very excited to see an no DLC extra and advanced playthrough :(
It’s been a while, trying to get back into it. Your video just popped up. Thanks a lot.
Thank you so much! Finally after many hours I actually understood how to play this game🤣
Omg I just learned so much! I have been playing this game ALL wrong lol! If you make more, I will definitely watch 'em!
I hope u keep the playthrogh going!, im new to the channel but amped there is new content for Anno, what a great game!, once it clicks its kinda one of the best in my opnion

Thxn for the series bro you going do fast but I learn a lot of you explaining and game play

Dude just threw water-carrier overbroad XD. Thats some tyranny in 1800s
I was not notified at all of your previous video and it didnt fall into my feed either. I'm gonna go watch it after this.
Same. Only #2 came up on my feed

I didnt even see the first episode in my feed? v excited to get a whole new playthrough!
Awesome content 💪🏼
I love your videos dont get discouraged my friend 😊
Can't see number one of the series
Bro, keep it coming 💯 ❤
Speaking for me but I enjoy the séries

Could you please help me, this might sound stupid, but I’m having a really hard time upgrading my Artisans, do you have any tips?
Can you turn off/on lifestyle needs for your residents on consol?
I haven't seen that yet.
Thanks for your videos btw, it helps a lot!

Best advise to make money later: make a route that buys watches in old world and sell it in enbesa. U gonna be millionaire in 2 hours 😊
Man… I’m so sad this series is dead… just started with the game

@@TakaTH-cam ye, that's exactly why I am watching those series right now instead :) idk, maybe no1 is interested playing without DLCs
@@jonnypastaI have no DLCs I love this series >.
how strange - yeah youtube didn't recommend the first episode at all. had no idea there was a new LP and I usually check every couple weeks.
I thought you would do a modded playing with the riverslots mod
I don't see episode #1 anywhere, unless you're talking about the best start for beginners, the I'm not seeing it in your video list.
You do in 1 hour what I'm doing in 12.
Lots and lots of practice my friend

do you feel that its harder to play without the all the dlcs ? :)
Maybe just me, this video did come up on my feed but #1 did not. I still can't find it so make of that what you will.
I didn't even see the other video? Strange
I got the game a week ago and somehow saw your Channel and watched Part 1. really liked it.

When will Anno 1800 finally make a DLC for ground units??? Also is it possible to do an ffa with friends more than 4 players?
"Promo SM"
I can only speak for myself but I am not interested in playthroughs that dont have the dlcs.
