So far I can consistently do a several half turns back to back, but only a single 3/4 turn, and have yet to do a full turn. It would be useful to see vids of actual coaching, show how people do it WRONG so people can see common mistakes. Slow motion also helps. Wear lighter colours. Dark colours blur motion and limb orientation.

I’d recommend incorporating slides with basic jump. It helps with form and it’s what judges are looking for at competitions
