I've tried to find some use for these "reflex" bags and sticks.... the sticks break and aren't worth the money. The spring bags are slow, predictable, and really offer nothing at the end of the day. A Winning SB-9000 set up properly can actually hit you and challenges your accuracy far more than these overpriced pieces of garbage. Hell, a regular double end bag will do way more for you if you set it up right and don't cheat.
