    Dude, your films just keep getting better and better. Honestly, this one feels more like a trailer. Makes me wish you would make a full documentary about Kara and Adam; where they came from, how they both got started, and careers all the way up to where they are now. Good stuff.

    Billy, even your 2 min long films are incredibly emotional and inspiring. This is probably the best I've seen in sports documentary. Absolutely love your work! Please, do not ever stop doing it! X

    Funny how things change... My wife is pregnant and I wonder every day what will happen to my running habits... Not that I will give up running. But it will definitely change.

    is stretching and massaging to "break up" the muscles really important? i simply pop-in shoes and go, and let the workout limber me out. but then again, i am no olympian. guess we ought to do what the champions do.
