No one seems to have an update on this video yet so I’ll make one ! I’ll be doing this workout every other day for 30 days I’ll keep everyone updated Day one: obviously not seeing results yet but I felt the burn. I’m pretty lazy and it’s not as bad as I thought so you can do it!! Day 2: I completely forgot about updating but day too I felt less bloated and I’m feeling more active. No results yet Day 3: my sister told me my stomach looks smaller which made me feel really good about myself I’ll keep everyone updated ! Day 4: my abs are starting to show a little and my butt is definitely rounder Day 5: my hip dips are literally almost gone and my butt is getting bigger too. The abs portion of the workout doesn’t feel as intense I’m probably getting used to it so I suggest to squeeze or tighten the core while doing them Day 6: my butt is rounder already and my abs are starting to show!! Day 7: I had a cheat day yesterday so working out today definitely burned but the booty is looking great😂 Day 8: thankyou for the support I decided to skip a day but I’m back on board now. I changed the holding squat workout for another rep of just squats but other than that I’m feeling great and my abs have gotten harder! Day 9: I keep skipping my workout days due to plans but I’m back on track now I feel like I made it sound like I have major results but I took pictures from day one and noticed that my abs have gotten a little more toned and my butt is slightly rounder but other than that I really felt the workout today cause I wasn’t being consistent. I also suggest to workout every other day to build that muscle and giver yourself a break! Day 10: the squats are getting kind of hard to do but I’m powering through them but nothing new today other than that! Day 11: I keep skipping my workout days I’m gonna stop I swear😂 but I really felt it today Day 12: this is the first thing I did when I woke up and it burned a lot so just keep drinking water throughout this! Day 13: it’s cold where I am right now so doing this inside sucked lol but I’m getting used to the workout by now and am gonna switch at day 30 Day14: my body is looking great I’m starting to feel more confident! Also with this workout I kind of eat whatever I want so with that don’t be afraid to eat some junk food Day 15: I started doing 15 squats before the workout but my butt looks a lot rounder compared to day one and my waist has gotten a little smaller since then too Day 16: I did the workout exactly how it was meaning I did one rep of squats and the holding squat instead of 2 reps of squats and it killed meeee Day 17: I definitely saw results from the workout but my body got used to it fast so I’m going to another workout thankyou for all the likes!
Guys , I'm doing it for 1 month AND it's worth every second of it . I have seen a massive result . Also stop consuming junks & drink tons of water to boost the results . I'm doing it twice a day & thanking this lady everytime , I see a bit of change . Loads of love : )

I’ll be doing this everyday and put my results on here each day to share the differences I see ❤️❤️ Day 1- legs are shaking a bit, definitely can feel the burn but wasn’t as hard as I thought Day 2- struggling to finish it towards the ending but kept pushing through, legs sore Day 3- much easier to complete keep pushing, obviously too early for results Day 4- forgot to upload, body feels great I feel much better can’t wait to see results. Day 5 - it’s so weird to say because I can’t be getting results this quick but my butt feels more rounder Day 6 - had a break and went for a walk Day 7 - went super fast Day 8 - not really feelings anymore motivation but just did it, I haven’t noticed any difference on my stomach yet but hopefully soon Day 9 - my ass looks soo much rounder !!!! Omg Day 10 - I feel like my abs a popping through the slightest more, I’ve been adding in extra bum workouts just to add more intensity onto that area I’ll come back in 5 days because every day is sorta the same thing IM BACK soo happy with the results bum got bigger, waist is definitely smaller. I'm a person who's been struggling with their body image and eating disorder behaviour for years. I've decided to recover and get myself to a place where I want to be. I stilll want to do physical exercise even though I am shying away from anything related to possible drastic weight loss, and I chose this video combined with more restorative types of yoga, usually 5 times a week, sometimes less. I upped my food intake, and will not so rarely eat a few extra cookies, but my tendency to binge is much lower than before. My body looks better and more nicely propportioned every week. I finally got a butt, and my abs are starting to show. For the first time in my life I feel quite okay in my skin, and less scared of food. Thank you, very nice video!!
so ik eveyrone is like "imma update" update for two days, five months go by, and nothing but i'll update weekly and give you guys my measurements. just some extras i do this monday, wednesday, and friday two times a day, one in the morning around 6 and in the afternoon at about 3-4. also i don't eat any dairy and for beverages all i drink is water. starting measurements** weight: 153.6 lbs. waist: 31.5 in. hips: 37.5 in. butt: 42.5 in. thighs: (left) 25 in. (right) 25 in. stomach: 35 in. so i just finished the last workout for the week, the key is to be patient so don't get discouraged if you don't see results after the first, second, or even third week, all of our bodies are different and change faster or slower than others do keep ok going guys! week 1** weight: 152.2 lbs. waist: 31 in. hips: 37.5 in. butt: 42.5 in. thighs: (left) 26 in. I’ve finally decided to plan my glow up and use this workout everyday! I’ll update you guys to show my progress, to see if it’s effective or not. Wish me luck! Day 1: I went through the whole video but struggled with a few workouts like the Russian twists, it’s been awhile since I did floor workouts so I’m a little rusty. I tried my hardest to push through every exercise but I had to pause a few times to catch my breath. I can already tell I’ll feel sore in the morning! My legs and stomach are going to ache, I’m very excited to feel the reward of hard work 🥰 A Quick Note: I do exercise regularly, I have swim team on Mondays and Wednesdays for about 40-60 minutes. I also have tennis practice on Saturdays for 30 minutes. Day 2: Still struggling a bit with the Russian twists and have to pause for a bit then continue. But with the rest of the exercises I could do it with barely any struggles, I do shake a bit and feel a burning sensation within my thighs and stomach but it’s nothing serious. I feel a bit sore today mostly around my stomach, nowhere else Diet: I am also trying my best to stick to a healthy diet and stay away from the fatty, sugary snacks. I’ve decided to go out and buy some ingredients for some healthy recipes I saw online. Such as pastas, soups, salads, etc. Day 3: I cheated a little bit today.. I ate some birthday cake. Please don’t be mad 🥺 it was too hard to resist. Now I feel so guilty and disgusting, I always struggle with learning how to say no. Again I’m sorry guys, I hope I didn’t let y’all down. Anyway, my workout today was great!! I didn’t pause as much today. The Russian twists felt like a breeze! Also, I’m very sore lol around my thighs and stomach. The progress is kicking in! Day 4: Struggled through it as usual, quick rests throughout the scissor kicks. But finally the moment you’ve all been waiting for.. the results! Yes, to my surprise this workout shows results QUICK! I can tell I’m getting a rounder butt and more curvy thighs. They’re noticeable but nothing too major, I’m positive if I continue to do this daily I’ll end up looking like a supermodel lol. Hope this gave y’all some motivation! P.S. I’m still gonna update don’t worry. 😗

I started this workout March 22nd. I did this for a month and I see results. Not SUPER big ones but if you did it for longer, you probably would. I’m pretty much not already badly shaped, I just wanted to get my stomach flatter, and it did! ( since it’s an hourglass figure workout ) I did this three times a week, for all the people doing it everyday please take breaks!! But yeah, did this three times a week. Then on my last week I did it for 4 days. I’m gonna move on to other workouts, but this was a fun journey. The exercises are tiring, but you get used to it! Overall it’s great, and it works!

Super beginner here- I made it through the whole thing but I did have to take a 2/3 second break on three different exercises: the Russian twists, reverse crunches, and plank twists. I’m definitely sweating but I’m glad I made it though the whole thing. I’ll try to update as the week goes on!
I've been doing this exercise for about 3 weeks now and damn girl my waist visibly became smaller and my bum ugh, bigger. I exercise 5 times a week and I do not have a proper diet and yet I already became this snatched. I have tried other exercises before but this one is the most effective yet. I want to challenge myself to do this for at least a week. I'll put it on here so that it can motivate y'all to look & feel great. Also, I started this a day before so I'm putting my info for day two too. Day 1: No results because I just started this new workout routine. I also did twice the sumo squats and didn't do the plank one. Day 2: I got a compliment from my mom saying that I lost weight even though I had eaten two full plates of food. Day 3: I didn't do because with my other routine I worked the same muscles for 5 days so I needed a break. Day 4: It's getting easier so I'm doing more. I've noticed my butt getting rounder & my legs getting thicker. My butt is sore again, which means it's working. Day 5: The russian twist has gotten a lot easier. My thighs are stronger & I noticed I could raise my legs higher than when I first begun. Day 6: I forgot to post my results yesterday but I noticed that I used to struggle with my feet & legs always being swollen. I have bad blood circulation & I've tried multiple things for it but weirdly, this helped me a lot. I was working out last month with a different routine but it never helped me get rid of that problem. Day 7: I forgot to post my results again, but because I've been increasing the number of times I do the workout routine I'm getting still getting sore. My body adapted quickly to the workout routine. I did notice the back of my legs getting stronger, which with my old workout didn't happen. I also saw that my knees were sore today which was new. In Conclusion, I think this challenge was great for me because, I saw my butt lifting, my butt getting rounder, I'm losing weight, my waist is getting smaller because I'm losing weight, and my legs are stronger. Even though I had difficulty doing some things in the beginning, my body got used to it & improved the way I did the workouts. With this routine it would be nice to have water besides you because omg, I was dying of thirst. I would drink 3 water bottles when I would do this routine. Lastly, thank you for the likes, they reminded me to do the workout & post my results. 🥰
week long trial results (i’m cis male): starting circumferences: waist: 64.5 cm hips: 81.5 cm butt: 89 cm day 1 ✅ forgot to stretch and took many 5 sec breaks day 2 ✅ stretched and took fewer 5 sec breaks day 3 ✅ stretched 1/3 through exercise and fewer 5 sec breaks day 4 ✅ stretched before and even fewer 5 sec breaks day 5 ✅ stretched before and no 5 sec breaks day 6 ✅ same as day 5 day 7 ✅ same as day 5 but i avoided the hold squat and replaced it with double normal squats - i’m taking measurements tomorrow morning so i have a clean slate ending circumferences: waist: 62.5 hips: 84 butt: 89.5 advice: - take measurements before eating or drinking anything in the morning - drink more water - eat more protein
I'm going to go ahead and put my daily results here since I'm using this during quarantine as well. Day 1: I typically find it a little harder to do 10 minute workouts, so I stick to the 5 minute workouts, but I decided to try this one. Surprisingly, it didn't feel as long as I thought it would. It was a challenge but it didn't feel too bad Day 2: It was a little easier than the first day. Sometimes I have to stop in the middle for certain exercises, and pick up in 3 seconds when i dont feel the burn as much. Day 3: The russian twists get to me, they hurt, but i can feel the toning in my obliques. I'm also starting feel the glute exercises more. Using muscle to mind connection helps me feel it as well. Day 4: Rest day. I definitely needed that rest Day 5: I'm getting more comfortable with the plank twists and I can definitely see a difference in the width of my thighs, and how tight my stomach feels Day 6: took another rest day on this exercise, but I did some other exercises to substitute. Day 7: I definitely sweat more doing this than I have before. I started substiuting the frog kicks for hip raises bc I dread the frog kicks way too much. The more and more you do it the better it feels Day 8,9,10 I forgot to update. Pretty much the same. I thought the exercises would seem easier the more I did them by day, but it seems that they got easier, and then became why harder. I can see a significant difference in my booty and my abs. My obliques are definitely more toned, and my booty is rounder than when we started.
started 24. april. So my results this far are: My tighs has gotten bigger, my hip dips are almost gone, My butt is maybe a lil bit bigger. What i’m saying is yes you can see a little results in 1 month. PS. I have skipped couple of days. And ofc its hard to do the full routine so some parts are still hard for me to do. Day 1: I literally started to cry because of the pain I felt. The exercises at the beginning wasn't even hard but when the Russian exercise came... I feel so dead now. I just want to take a shower and lie down on my bed and sleep, but I want to do the exercises that I didn't do exactly again. I will try this workout for 2 weeks. When I see that it works I'll do it longer! day 2: I took a rest because I felt sick:( day 3: I dont feel muck better than yesterday but I still did this workout and another workout too. The exercises were so much easier to make.. I feel proud lol. I dont see any difference now, but maybe in 4 or 5 days. My body is hurting and I am so tired and exhausted right now... I'll cry when this workout doesn't work on me day 4: I can do this workout without taking any rest now. My body hurts rip. I can see a littleeee bit of a difference now but it is not much. day 5: Idk why but today it was harder to do the exercises than yesterday. Okay so basically I’ll do this workout and give y’all feedback ( skipp to the part of days” if you want too read it fast. So I’m not insecure about my body or anything, I just felt like I needed to workout so that I can feel better everyday. So im going to be starting this workout today, and ill keep you guys updated, right now its july 10th and this will be the start of my summer workout 😁 - Day 1: Forgot to write this but it was pretty easy, i was bloated a lot from eating 🤰 Day 2: It felt harder to do the Russian twists, i also did bret rockmans work out as well, so i was feeling pretty tired- not to sore. Day, 3,4,5 and 6 i was away camping unable to workout
My progress!! Day One: this was super difficult cause I never work out. I did a little more than half the recommended time and for exercises that were hard I did scissors until they get easier. Day 2: felt a little more easier. Still substituted with scissors, DRINK MORE WATER!! One of my hip dips is NOTICEABLY getting fuller and disappearing!!
~ hey guys🥰I’m going to do this and try to give an update each day for 30 days☺️also I will be doing this along with Janaye Penn’s 5 minute thighs butt and abs workout 🏋🏽♀️ Day 1 : it was actually hard but I think it’s because I barely work out and I’m very lazy😭so I put in more energy to do this than I regularly do for other things and my body just didn’t like that😭but for sure I did feel the burn especially in my abs😁💪🏽I guess that’s a good sign Day 2: Day 2 was a big shocker to me considering how I did the workout. During day one’s workout I took pause because of how intense it felt to my body. I also mentioned I was going to do it along with Janaye Penns Thigh Butt and Flat Abs workout. I did this with the Thigh and Butt workout only but I’m ready to add on Flat Abs. This workout is really not as bad as you think ☺️ Day 3: I took these workouts like a champ🥳felt way better than day 2 Day 4: I noticed my stomach getting flatter and my booty look a bit rounder so that’s a good sign Day 5: I tried on a Kappa clothing set and my butt didn’t look too bad in the pants 😌I’m very insecure abt my body so for me to say that is a full on blessing😘 Day 6: Was skipped due to studying Day 7: I pushed my hardest and I felt sooo good. That was a real workout Day 8: I had to stop in between because I’m on my period and I feel uncomfortable 🙁

It hurts like hell but that's a great sign. Maybe if I update every day then I'll be motivated to actually do this everyday. I'm starting on Oct 24th. If you don't see my update everyday SHAME ME! Day 1: Hurts. Could barely reach the end of the timer (bad endurance). Day 2: I was surprised during the day how sore I was from just 10 minutes the day before! I did a little better on endurance this time because instead of having new pain I felt the soreness from yesterday and I liked it because I was already used to being sore. I also know that workouts have more effect if the muscles are already sore! I have not seen any results yet of course. I feel like I will notice in about 3-4 weeks. Day 3: I'm still sore and it still hurts. I'm still having trouble with the scissors and the backward cruches. They hurt! Day 4: My like hips were popping while doing the russian twist and I searched it up. Apparently it had to do with stability so I have to be more precise with my leg movement. Day 5: I FORGOT NOOOOO.Cheat day? Day 6: It still burns which is good but I am building more endurance. I haven't improve by a lot, but instead of giving out after 30 seconds I am doing it around 10-15 or in some doing it the whole time! Day 7: I think I got used to it because I'm not feeling completely sore throughput these days like I was before. I am still building my endurance. Good thing I don't pop at all now and I think I'm noticing results. I had started this off with a little belly fat in front and a box form. I had a very tiny dip in my waist just because I have small ribs. But it was just a dot. Now I notice that it like curves to my back so like my sides and back are getting a little more skinnier. But wise I haven't noticed anything. And belly fat I think it's the same maybe a little loss but that might just be wishful thinking. Placebo effect stuff. But still I'll try to keep it up! Oh and I still have HIP DIPS! :/ My worst enemy.... Day 8: It was halloween so I took a day off! Day 9: Another cheat day. Day 10: I did it regularly. Day 11: I was kinda lazy at the beggining because it didn't burn until I said no more and improved my form and effort and it started to burn. The only thing is I've started to do leg raises instead of the reverse crunch because it's hard for me to balance my legs when my stomach goes back with my legs. Day 12: Cheat day :( Day 13: I did it! I was very exhausted though. Day 14: It's only been 2 weeks and I'm already losing motivation. I didn't do it Day 15: I think I'm going to find more workout videos that I can do to cycle them and not do the same one everyday because it's getting tiring. I think that'll help so I'm going to stop my daily reports because I'm going do do different videos from now on. Wish me luck!
I'll say this, THIS WORKOUT WORKS!!!!! this and the nastassia "i saw results in 13 days" video mixed works so much im kinda flat and started this bothe since last week tuesday and im not kidding it has worked so much!
I’m not fat or anything but like I have no shape in my body whatsoever so I’m doing this workout for as long as I need to make myself feel happier!! I’ve already done it for 2 days so let’s see how it goes :) Day 1: I do it twice a day because I think doing it twice a day would just be better for me but it’s upto you! It hurts badly, the Russian twists killed me but I managed to get through it and the scissors were difficult but I did it! I also drank a lot of water :) ✅ Day 2: Was difficult again.. the scissors and Russian twists as well as the plank hip dips, they were pretty difficult! I had to stop a little bit but then carried on! I also drank a lot of water this day and went on 2 walks too! ✅ Day 3: I got through all of it without stopping so I was very proud of myself! I also drank a lot of water here too, I can kind of see results? like I feel like I’ve gotten a tad bit thinner on the stomach area! I’m going to keep going though for however long it takes! :) ✅ Day 4: Only did the workout once today as I was busy and tired, but I managed to get through it all !! remember to drink a lot of water :) ✅

I was sore from the day before so it hurt a bit, but a good hurt? hey guys! i'll be updating, until i don't want to anymore(?). i'll try my best to remember everyday! day 1, 12/2/20: it hurt a lot- i drank water in between every work out and stretched before and after! also after, i drank a warm glass of milk. no results yet, because it's the first day. i'll update y'all tomorrow! day 2, 12/3/20: my endurance was a lot better today. it still hurt a little, but i could do the workouts for a longer period of time. i have a lot of hip fat, and i also have hip dips. i'm going to work on my hip dips when i start seeing results from this workout. but my hip fat decreased a lot actually! i still continued to drink plenty of water and stretched before and after. tune in tmrw!

Hey guys I have started this workout and hopefully I will be able to achieve an hourglass figure and abs! I want to share my progress here so that if anyone’s willing to try out can see the differences. Day 1 - Honestly it was hurting so bad specially the scissors so I kept stopping but I eventually finished all the workouts. Day 2 - My legs were sore but I did it anyways. And also the area where my abs are started to hurt so I may think that my abs might start to appear sooner. Day 3 - Okay so today was a lot lot lot easier cause I don’t have sore legs and i see some outline of my abs so I’m very happy with it! Day 4 - ✅ Day 5 - ✅ I will come back again after 5 days as I got my periods !
I wasn’t going to track my experience but honesty im in shock Day 1 was super hard honestly I stopped a couple times and that’s okay. Day 2 sore as fuck but I pushed tf through once your body is warmed up it’s not that bad. Day 3 everything got easier mostly the frog kicks I could NOT do them even if my life depended on it during day 1 but at this point I went through the whole video pretty easily Day 4 I seen results nothing major but my butt was more plumped and my waist was getting snatched slowly Day 5 I’m abt to do rn ! I’ll Update you guys also don’t forget to increase your water intake it honestly makes a huge difference

Day one: obviously not seeing results yet but I felt the burn. I’m pretty lazy and it’s not as bad as I thought so you can do it!!
Day 2: I completely forgot about updating but day too I felt less bloated and I’m feeling more active. No results yet
Day 3: my sister told me my stomach looks smaller which made me feel really good about myself I’ll keep everyone updated !
Day 4: my abs are starting to show a little and my butt is definitely rounder
Day 5: my hip dips are literally almost gone and my butt is getting bigger too. The abs portion of the workout doesn’t feel as intense I’m probably getting used to it so I suggest to squeeze or tighten the core while doing them
Day 6: my butt is rounder already and my abs are starting to show!!
Day 7: I had a cheat day yesterday so working out today definitely burned but the booty is looking great😂
Day 8: thankyou for the support I decided to skip a day but I’m back on board now. I changed the holding squat workout for another rep of just squats but other than that I’m feeling great and my abs have gotten harder!
Day 9: I keep skipping my workout days due to plans but I’m back on track now I feel like I made it sound like I have major results but I took pictures from day one and noticed that my abs have gotten a little more toned and my butt is slightly rounder but other than that I really felt the workout today cause I wasn’t being consistent. I also suggest to workout every other day to build that muscle and giver yourself a break!
Day 10: the squats are getting kind of hard to do but I’m powering through them but nothing new today other than that!
Day 11: I keep skipping my workout days I’m gonna stop I swear😂 but I really felt it today
Day 12: this is the first thing I did when I woke up and it burned a lot so just keep drinking water throughout this!
Day 13: it’s cold where I am right now so doing this inside sucked lol but I’m getting used to the workout by now and am gonna switch at day 30
Day14: my body is looking great I’m starting to feel more confident! Also with this workout I kind of eat whatever I want so with that don’t be afraid to eat some junk food
Day 15: I started doing 15 squats before the workout but my butt looks a lot rounder compared to day one and my waist has gotten a little smaller since then too
Day 16: I did the workout exactly how it was meaning I did one rep of squats and the holding squat instead of 2 reps of squats and it killed meeee
Day 17: I definitely saw results from the workout but my body got used to it fast so I’m going to another workout thankyou for all the likes!

Recently I've been doing alot of Chloe Ting's workouts and have been getting great results. Then I recently found this video and gave it a shot also. I am starting to see my butt get rounder and my waist a little bit smaller. I really thank these fitness channels. They help me alot and they're honest which is the best part
Just go to a trainer with a liscence they will tell you the full thing and your will get there faster and safer.

I'm a person who's been struggling with their body image and eating disorder behaviour for years. I've decided to recover and get myself to a place where I want to be. I stilll want to do physical exercise even though I am shying away from anything related to possible drastic weight loss, and I chose this video combined with more restorative types of yoga, usually 5 times a week, sometimes less. I upped my food intake, and will not so rarely eat a few extra cookies, but my tendency to binge is much lower than before. My body looks better and more nicely propportioned every week. I finally got a butt, and my abs are starting to show. For the first time in my life I feel quite okay in my skin, and less scared of food. Thank you, very nice video!!
so ik eveyrone is like "imma update" update for two days, five months go by, and nothing but i'll update weekly and give you guys my measurements. just some extras i do this monday, wednesday, and friday two times a day, one in the morning around 6 and in the afternoon at about 3-4. also i don't eat any dairy and for beverages all i drink is water.

I’ve finally decided to plan my glow up and use this workout everyday! I’ll update you guys to show my progress, to see if it’s effective or not. Wish me luck!
Day 1: I went through the whole video but struggled with a few workouts like the Russian twists, it’s been awhile since I did floor workouts so I’m a little rusty. I tried my hardest to push through every exercise but I had to pause a few times to catch my breath. I can already tell I’ll feel sore in the morning! My legs and stomach are going to ache, I’m very excited to feel the reward of hard work 🥰
A Quick Note: I do exercise regularly, I have swim team on Mondays and Wednesdays for about 40-60 minutes. I also have tennis practice on Saturdays for 30 minutes.
Day 2: Still struggling a bit with the Russian twists and have to pause for a bit then continue. But with the rest of the exercises I could do it with barely any struggles, I do shake a bit and feel a burning sensation within my thighs and stomach but it’s nothing serious. I feel a bit sore today mostly around my stomach, nowhere else
Diet: I am also trying my best to stick to a healthy diet and stay away from the fatty, sugary snacks. I’ve decided to go out and buy some ingredients for some healthy recipes I saw online. Such as pastas, soups, salads, etc.
Day 3: I cheated a little bit today.. I ate some birthday cake. Please don’t be mad 🥺 it was too hard to resist. Now I feel so guilty and disgusting, I always struggle with learning how to say no. Again I’m sorry guys, I hope I didn’t let y’all down. Anyway, my workout today was great!! I didn’t pause as much today. The Russian twists felt like a breeze! Also, I’m very sore lol around my thighs and stomach. The progress is kicking in!
Day 4: Struggled through it as usual, quick rests throughout the scissor kicks. But finally the moment you’ve all been waiting for.. the results! Yes, to my surprise this workout shows results QUICK! I can tell I’m getting a rounder butt and more curvy thighs. They’re noticeable but nothing too major, I’m positive if I continue to do this daily I’ll end up looking like a supermodel lol. Hope this gave y’all some motivation! P.S. I’m still gonna update don’t worry. 😗

I started this workout March 22nd. I did this for a month and I see results. Not SUPER big ones but if you did it for longer, you probably would. I’m pretty much not already badly shaped, I just wanted to get my stomach flatter, and it did! ( since it’s an hourglass figure workout ) I did this three times a week, for all the people doing it everyday please take breaks!! But yeah, did this three times a week. Then on my last week I did it for 4 days. I’m gonna move on to other workouts, but this was a fun journey. The exercises are tiring, but you get used to it! Overall it’s great, and it works!

Super beginner here- I made it through the whole thing but I did have to take a 2/3 second break on three different exercises: the Russian twists, reverse crunches, and plank twists. I’m definitely sweating but I’m glad I made it though the whole thing. I’ll try to update as the week goes on!
I've been doing this exercise for about 3 weeks now and damn girl my waist visibly became smaller and my bum ugh, bigger.
I exercise 5 times a week and I do not have a proper diet and yet I already became this snatched.

Day 1: had to stop half way through cause I ate a very heavy lunch and felt so sick half way through this
I want to challenge myself to do this for at least a week. I'll put it on here so that it can motivate y'all to look & feel great. Also, I started this a day before so I'm putting my info for day two too.
Day 1: No results because I just started this new workout routine. I also did twice the sumo squats and didn't do the plank one.
Day 2: I got a compliment from my mom saying that I lost weight even though I had eaten two full plates of food.
Day 3: I didn't do because with my other routine I worked the same muscles for 5 days so I needed a break.
Day 4: It's getting easier so I'm doing more. I've noticed my butt getting rounder & my legs getting thicker. My butt is sore again, which means it's working.
Day 5: The russian twist has gotten a lot easier. My thighs are stronger & I noticed I could raise my legs higher than when I first begun.
Day 6: I forgot to post my results yesterday but I noticed that I used to struggle with my feet & legs always being swollen. I have bad blood circulation & I've tried multiple things for it but weirdly, this helped me a lot. I was working out last month with a different routine but it never helped me get rid of that problem.
Day 7: I forgot to post my results again, but because I've been increasing the number of times I do the workout routine I'm getting still getting sore. My body adapted quickly to the workout routine. I did notice the back of my legs getting stronger, which with my old workout didn't happen. I also saw that my knees were sore today which was new.
In Conclusion, I think this challenge was great for me because, I saw my butt lifting, my butt getting rounder, I'm losing weight, my waist is getting smaller because I'm losing weight, and my legs are stronger. Even though I had difficulty doing some things in the beginning, my body got used to it & improved the way I did the workouts. With this routine it would be nice to have water besides you because omg, I was dying of thirst. I would drink 3 water bottles when I would do this routine. Lastly, thank you for the likes, they reminded me to do the workout & post my results. 🥰

day 7 ✅ same as day 5 but i avoided the hold squat and replaced it with double normal squats
- i’m taking measurements tomorrow morning so i have a clean slate

advice:
- take measurements before eating or drinking anything in the morning
- drink more water
- eat more protein

I'm going to go ahead and put my daily results here since I'm using this during quarantine as well.
Day 1: I typically find it a little harder to do 10 minute workouts, so I stick to the 5 minute workouts, but I decided to try this one. Surprisingly, it didn't feel as long as I thought it would. It was a challenge but it didn't feel too bad
Day 2: It was a little easier than the first day. Sometimes I have to stop in the middle for certain exercises, and pick up in 3 seconds when i dont feel the burn as much.
Day 3: The russian twists get to me, they hurt, but i can feel the toning in my obliques. I'm also starting feel the glute exercises more. Using muscle to mind connection helps me feel it as well.
Day 4: Rest day. I definitely needed that rest
Day 5: I'm getting more comfortable with the plank twists and I can definitely see a difference in the width of my thighs, and how tight my stomach feels
Day 6: took another rest day on this exercise, but I did some other exercises to substitute.
Day 7: I definitely sweat more doing this than I have before. I started substiuting the frog kicks for hip raises bc I dread the frog kicks way too much. The more and more you do it the better it feels
Day 8,9,10 I forgot to update. Pretty much the same. I thought the exercises would seem easier the more I did them by day, but it seems that they got easier, and then became why harder.
I can see a significant difference in my booty and my abs. My obliques are definitely more toned, and my booty is rounder than when we started.

6 months ago I ruptured my L5/S1 disc and am never allowed to run, twist, jump or lift weights again and at 17 I still want to keep in shape and exercise so I’m always so grateful finding exercise I can do.

Day: 3 I jogged and I achieved 8,889 steps!! And normally I achieve like 298-500 steps a day, but honestly I jogged a little late and as a girl ngl I was scared but atleast it helped me run faster when I saw a man I-KSJSJSJ😭😂 anyways after jogging, I did the workout. It was fun too do and easy yet again.
( honestly I reccomend this workout because it’s realistic, instead of spending 1 hour on workout out, 10 minutes a day and a little jogging or just walking outside going too the store etc is just as good, so yessir

Day 2: It felt harder to do the Russian twists, i also did bret rockmans work out as well, so i was feeling pretty tired- not to sore.
Day, 3,4,5 and 6 i was away camping unable to workout

Day One: this was super difficult cause I never work out. I did a little more than half the recommended time and for exercises that were hard I did scissors until they get easier.
Day 2: felt a little more easier. Still substituted with scissors, DRINK MORE WATER!! One of my hip dips is NOTICEABLY getting fuller and disappearing!!

Day 1 : it was actually hard but I think it’s because I barely work out and I’m very lazy😭so I put in more energy to do this than I regularly do for other things and my body just didn’t like that😭but for sure I did feel the burn especially in my abs😁💪🏽I guess that’s a good sign
Day 2: Day 2 was a big shocker to me considering how I did the workout. During day one’s workout I took pause because of how intense it felt to my body. I also mentioned I was going to do it along with Janaye Penns Thigh Butt and Flat Abs workout. I did this with the Thigh and Butt workout only but I’m ready to add on Flat Abs. This workout is really not as bad as you think ☺️
Day 3: I took these workouts like a champ🥳felt way better than day 2
Day 4: I noticed my stomach getting flatter and my booty look a bit rounder so that’s a good sign
Day 5: I tried on a Kappa clothing set and my butt didn’t look too bad in the pants 😌I’m very insecure abt my body so for me to say that is a full on blessing😘
Day 6: Was skipped due to studying
Day 7: I pushed my hardest and I felt sooo good. That was a real workout
Day 8: I had to stop in between because I’m on my period and I feel uncomfortable 🙁

It hurts like hell but that's a great sign. Maybe if I update every day then I'll be motivated to actually do this everyday. I'm starting on Oct 24th. If you don't see my update everyday SHAME ME!
Day 1: Hurts. Could barely reach the end of the timer (bad endurance).
Day 2: I was surprised during the day how sore I was from just 10 minutes the day before! I did a little better on endurance this time because instead of having new pain I felt the soreness from yesterday and I liked it because I was already used to being sore. I also know that workouts have more effect if the muscles are already sore! I have not seen any results yet of course. I feel like I will notice in about 3-4 weeks.
Day 3: I'm still sore and it still hurts. I'm still having trouble with the scissors and the backward cruches. They hurt!
Day 4: My like hips were popping while doing the russian twist and I searched it up. Apparently it had to do with stability so I have to be more precise with my leg movement.
Day 5: I FORGOT NOOOOO.Cheat day?
Day 6: It still burns which is good but I am building more endurance. I haven't improve by a lot, but instead of giving out after 30 seconds I am doing it around 10-15 or in some doing it the whole time!
Day 7: I think I got used to it because I'm not feeling completely sore throughput these days like I was before. I am still building my endurance. Good thing I don't pop at all now and I think I'm noticing results. I had started this off with a little belly fat in front and a box form. I had a very tiny dip in my waist just because I have small ribs. But it was just a dot. Now I notice that it like curves to my back so like my sides and back are getting a little more skinnier. But wise I haven't noticed anything. And belly fat I think it's the same maybe a little loss but that might just be wishful thinking. Placebo effect stuff. But still I'll try to keep it up! Oh and I still have HIP DIPS! :/ My worst enemy....
Day 8: It was halloween so I took a day off!
Day 9: Another cheat day.
Day 10: I did it regularly.
Day 11: I was kinda lazy at the beggining because it didn't burn until I said no more and improved my form and effort and it started to burn. The only thing is I've started to do leg raises instead of the reverse crunch because it's hard for me to balance my legs when my stomach goes back with my legs.
Day 12: Cheat day :(
Day 13: I did it! I was very exhausted though.
Day 14: It's only been 2 weeks and I'm already losing motivation. I didn't do it
Day 15: I think I'm going to find more workout videos that I can do to cycle them and not do the same one everyday because it's getting tiring. I think that'll help so I'm going to stop my daily reports because I'm going do do different videos from now on. Wish me luck!

I’m not fat or anything but like I have no shape in my body whatsoever so I’m doing this workout for as long as I need to make myself feel happier!! I’ve already done it for 2 days so let’s see how it goes :)
Day 1: I do it twice a day because I think doing it twice a day would just be better for me but it’s upto you! It hurts badly, the Russian twists killed me but I managed to get through it and the scissors were difficult but I did it! I also drank a lot of water :) ✅
Day 2: Was difficult again.. the scissors and Russian twists as well as the plank hip dips, they were pretty difficult! I had to stop a little bit but then carried on! I also drank a lot of water this day and went on 2 walks too! ✅
Day 3: I got through all of it without stopping so I was very proud of myself! I also drank a lot of water here too, I can kind of see results? like I feel like I’ve gotten a tad bit thinner on the stomach area! I’m going to keep going though for however long it takes! :) ✅
Day 4: Only did the workout once today as I was busy and tired, but I managed to get through it all !! remember to drink a lot of water :) ✅

I noticed that every day it seems to get a bit easier, and differently a difference in how sore I got, I almost was able to keep up the whole 55 seconds in some of the exercises, I have a lot of confidence for tomorrow! Also a little tip(or something like that) I like to drink a bit of my protein shakes before and after my workout, idk if it actually helps but I hope it does!

I was almost able to keep up the whole time during exercises! The only ones I couldn't do the whole time were the Plank With Hip Twist and the Frog Kicks, which were both hard lol. I still feel some burning but less than days 3-1, and I am really excited for tomorrow! Make sure to stay hydrated and don't hesitate to take a break if needed!

hey guys! i'll be updating, until i don't want to anymore(?). i'll try my best to remember everyday!
day 1, 12/2/20: it hurt a lot- i drank water in between every work out and stretched before and after! also after, i drank a warm glass of milk. no results yet, because it's the first day. i'll update y'all tomorrow!
day 2, 12/3/20: my endurance was a lot better today. it still hurt a little, but i could do the workouts for a longer period of time. i have a lot of hip fat, and i also have hip dips. i'm going to work on my hip dips when i start seeing results from this workout. but my hip fat decreased a lot actually! i still continued to drink plenty of water and stretched before and after. tune in tmrw!

Hey guys I have started this workout and hopefully I will be able to achieve an hourglass figure and abs!
I want to share my progress here so that if anyone’s willing to try out can see the differences.
Day 1 - Honestly it was hurting so bad specially the scissors so I kept stopping but I eventually finished all the workouts.
Day 2 - My legs were sore but I did it anyways. And also the area where my abs are started to hurt so I may think that my abs might start to appear sooner.
Day 3 - Okay so today was a lot lot lot easier cause I don’t have sore legs and i see some outline of my abs so I’m very happy with it!

I have been doing this for 7 days and I can’t believe it I have already seen results!
I wasn’t going to track my experience but honesty im in shock
Day 1 was super hard honestly I stopped a couple times and that’s okay.
Day 2 sore as fuck but I pushed tf through once your body is warmed up it’s not that bad.
Day 3 everything got easier mostly the frog kicks I could NOT do them even if my life depended on it during day 1 but at this point I went through the whole video pretty easily
Day 4 I seen results nothing major but my butt was more plumped and my waist was getting snatched slowly
Day 5 I’m abt to do rn ! I’ll Update you guys also don’t forget to increase your water intake it honestly makes a huge difference
