The honking, cars, bikes honking all the time, it can drive any person crazy. Do they have to honk all the time.

@@MitamoJourneys I think I have a solution for this problem. Continuous, unnecessary, compulsive honking is a big problem in many cities around the world. Now let's say there is a short device which is tamper proof (so that it has a seal that cannot be opened except by authorities). This device is connected to the car horn in such a way that it counts every time a horn is blown. At the end of the year when a car owner goes for renewal of car registration the city authorities download the number of honks per 100 km from the device. If the number of honks exceed certain limit the car owner has to pay a "noise tax'. This might discourage drivers from honking incessantly and without reason.
