I think Aditi rao hydari is one of the most underrated actor in Bollywood.
Itz cause itz less about being talented, but more about contact and stardum and hype. So when directors etc c that stars love the camera they rather get casted than stars who love privacy. Itz a sad fact.

Mehrunisa you were beautiful in this role right from the time when you first appear in that window. You are so young and innocent and too good to be Allaudin Khilji's wife later! But you are a good wife to him right to the end; putting up with him and his antics right through the movie, you played it well. Loved looking at you from the start of the movie.

I seriously don't believe the fact that Aditi wasn't chosen to play Padmavati,I love Mehrunnisa but Deepika just doesn't justify the beauty and aura of Padmavati,if Mehrunnisa is overshadowing Rani Padmavati in the film then it is definitely a lapse... The beauty of Padmavati,her elusiveness, Charisma, Deepika doesn't depict it onscreen... But Aditi brought so much gravitas to the table!
