However. One of the big areas lacking in startup education - is how to hire part-time people, temp people and people at minimum wage with all the legal paperwork in place. Perhaps you don't want to give away equity for menial jobs. Do you have to pay for healthcare, 401(k), worker’s comp., etc.? How do you do all this legitimately? Is there a place where you can get all the documents/forms and everything you need? Because there’s a lot of gray area and risk of hiring incorrectly. Also, what are some well known services that you can use to outsource some tasks- such as remote receptionists? Thanks.
