Great vid but now I’m curious. Is it illegal for US citizens to trade with brokerages that are off shore and have a higher leverage than 50:1? And is it illegal for US citizens to trade commodities?
for US citizens we cannot trade higher than a 50:1 leverage sadly. In other countries this number is much higher but if you are trading in the US as a US citizen you can only trade 50:1. As for commodities im not sure but I hope that helps a bit.
There is always something funny happening in FX trading, either by brokers or big money. They simply work hand in hand to wipe off small accounts. It just whether you notice it on time. FX market is highly manipulated.
Have you ever experienced any withdrawal issue with Oanda? Can you please do a review on the pros and cons of their withdrawal options and process and how long it takes to receive your funds. My issue with them is.. they told me I can only withdraw my deposit amount into my debit card account, but my generated profit can only be withdraw through a wire transfer. Is that how it is for you too? Thanks
Investing is not just about placing your capital in the hands of just any trader or account manager you meet, it’s about placing it in the right hands, that'll bring forth results, Nick here has helped me to understand that, thanks Nick.
When you said “this is why I put most of my money in Oanda” was that inferring you do trade on off shore brokers maybe trading indices? If so what’s a decent off shore broker? Obviously they aren’t the safest but I know money can be made with some of them!
We should be able to have that we have too many stupid politicians who thinks about there pockets and not others. Explain this how come you can apply to sell pot but trading forex is bad really?
Positive swaps? That's new. I know of many who use Hugo's Way from the U.S. with 500:1 and 200:1. But it's been glitchy lately and annoying (demo only). And they DEFINTELY don't have positive swaps. I'm going to also search for your VIP trade alerts to see how well they work.
Do you have to be approved to trade Forex . Do they need to know your income or trading experience in order to allow you to trade. In other words are there different tiers like level1, level 2 or level 3 like stock in which you have to be approved for according to your income and trading experience.

That’s probably just spreads during news events. All brokers have widened spreads on anticipated volatility. Oanda is not messing around with prices to manipulate people, as they are fully regulated and would likely never risk the lawsuits! OANDA Corporation is a registered Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer (RFED) with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and a Forex Dealer Member (FDM) of the National Futures Association (NFA # 0325821).
I was under the assumption that anyone who isn't a US citizen can trade indices on Oanda. Since I live in the US i'm unable to do so. I can trade ETFs through another broker, but those are subject to the pattern day trading laws in the US. I really want to use an off-shore broker, but I absolutely hate Metatrader, seriously.

Why they withdraw from account everyday? It don't show as a fee. But rather a withdrawal

For indices and commodities, I trade with Webull, which is an American brokerage.
@@TraderNick Americans can trade indices on Webull? Wow, i'll have to look into that.
