I was in Ubud 2 years ago and BALI WINS HANDSDOWN in the amazing swimming pools department. everywhere you go, a resort, a budget hotel, a spa...they all have incredibly beautiful swimming pools, not like our american cement triangle boring ugly pools. and a big plus is that you can just walk into a place and if it's hot and humid and you are tired you can just get in the pool, no one stops you or asks if you are a guest, it's just assumed that you are welcome. watch the monkeys in the Monkey forest though, they are hooligans.

Definitely love this Ubud village style resort. Just one question, is the breakfast in Aman properties is not offered as complimentary just like in many luxury hospitality premises?
