Well, This would make Our 2nd F2P Cell Unit to be in The game but Our 4th Iteration of Cell being a Yellow Element Unit and 2 of The Yellow Element Cell are Zenkai Units
best thing is, one of those 2 zenkai cells is also a hp buffer, so if you have Zenkai YEL 18, you can run a full YEL Droids team with 3 zenkais and still have an hp buffer
he's got the basics, rush control and healing after every card you use, but his damage is just lacking without a plat designed around YEL Droids. he reminds me of Gotenks but no endurance in a way. at least he has a ranged blue card though, that's the one thing he has over Tag Gammas, because UUI can't dodge his blue and usually, UUI players are more braindead than me after a 1 hour lecture, so they usually forget that they can't dodge ranged blues and stand there like the idiots they are
