    The best thing about Bermuda was no street hustlers.

      Yes. It's refreshing for a port (plus the beaches). Thanks for your comments and we hope you subscribe to our channel.

    Bermuda looks absolutely delightful from your videos…we hadn’t planned on ever visiting (even though I was always a bit curious about the place since my parents actually honeymooned there way back in 1963!) but we got the opportunity to get a “free” NCL 5 night cruise out of New York this upcoming November (it was actually free but we’ve upgraded ourselves into $1200 out of pocket!)

      Bermuda is beautiful! The water there is a color like nowhere else. Pictures and videos don’t do it justice. I think it looks best up in St. George’s, make sure you get there. We have had free cabins on NCL an upgraded to balconies, so we know what you’re talking about. Have fun. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.

    The beautiful Gem! I'm surprised they don't have restaurants at the other beaches. Its such a popular tourist destination.

    Loved the video. Too much walking for us to do. Can you take the bus to Horseshoe Beach? Never did see the lighthouse? We are going to Bermuda for 2 days in Aug. 2023

      The bus stops at the top of the hill. There may be shuttles to take you down to the beach, we don’t know. There is a parking lot down there. We got tired from all the walking and skipped the lighthouse. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.

    I enjoy your video. I am coming here May 27, 2022, my first time, ship out of Baltimore. I got a tip for you. When I go to places, I cache the Google map on my phone. When I get there, I look at my phone and walk. No data needed if you cache the map.

    • @PortMonkeys
      @PortMonkeys  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, usually 24/7. We were there for three days also.

    Three and a half miles with hills and narrow roads that doesn't lead you where you need to go is a long walk. You both walked it like it was easy. What the longest have you walked?

      We don’t remember specifically, but a couple months ago we did 12 miles in Juneau. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.

      @@PortMonkeys that’s amazing!!! I can’t even walk a mile. You’re both in great shape.

    Informative and witty video! Was the water temp warm enough to swim in April when you visited?

    • @PortMonkeys
      @PortMonkeys  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you. We went swimming and snorkeling. The water was about 75° - 80° F (25-26° C). Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.

    Was the day pass you purchased, for hopping on and off the Ferry all day?

    • @PortMonkeys
      @PortMonkeys  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It was good for the ferries all day long. It was good for the bus too. Check out this website for more information:

    Doesn't NCL have a free tender?

    • @PortMonkeys
      @PortMonkeys  ปีที่แล้ว

      NCL has a free ferry boat over to St. George’s. We took that one day. But that’s another video. If you want to go to other parts of the island, you were on your own. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
