You should consider playing: Starcraft II and other RTS like Stronghold series, Earth 2160, Ashes of the Singularity. I would like to see how you play those games. I don't know if u played these, but I assume you will like them since they are focused on economy building.

You have a tendency to not build medics once you pass mid game
because medics don't have guns
