I’m a personal trainer, i never drink beer with anyone or alone right after training, I don’t drink beer at all, wine only once a while and not right after training, what kind of personal trainer goes for few bottles of beer after training? Not just once but a regular thing, to always go out for a beer, how are you guys setting up a good example for your clients ? You might as well use beer as pre-workout,😂🤣😂🤣 if you work in my gym, You will lose your job.
