i just purchased an all in used box and just wow! This solo mode is amazing, i lost at half playthrough! I played all TM products and i think i lost just once in 30 plays so that is a pleasant surprise to have a worth solo hard mode! and thank you for all your content! You are my favourite solo youtuber!

Great video. I found the book a little confusing but seeing it in play helped a lot. I don't have the upgraded cards, unfortunately (I only have the Crisis expansion and these come with the Discovery expansion). They do seem cool, so maybe I'll spend the extra bit of money for that expansion. From what I can see, since I only play solo, I likely don't need the Foundations expansion...?
I really think Titanium in this game is great. I played with a friend our first game, and I had a steel bonus but he got cards for half price when I got a measly 4 MC reduction... I wonder if they are balanced? My power (exchange a card during the action phase) was cool and was used to further power ourselves up!
What happened to my original-earlier comment? Anyways I must be doing something wrong in putting my KS stuff in my ares expedition box because I have a hard time fitting it all even without the extra cards from crisis. Also metal cubes! I waffled back and forth wether or not to get them I choose to opt out, if I want them I can either get the terraforming mars board game versions now from fryxgames. The people that made the game, or they might add ares expedition metal dice and cards later.

It is nice to see they added a new solo mode for the game. I like the original game competitive, but the old solo mode really fell flat for me.

Mmmm, I just love how those metal MC cubes feel in the hand. They are absolutely not necessary to enjoy the game, but it makes you feel SO RICH! :)

I play Terraforming Mars a lot but never solo all it has is get a high score can't lose, so this seems way better for solo

You are right foundation is not needed but I do love the upgraded phase cards. Feels like that is a great addition!

Yes they are from one of the other expansions that came out at the same time as crisis!
