This Dracovish is Above average. Strong Jaw is better, but the only stats you care about are attack and speed. This is because his Signature Move, Fishious Rend, doubles if you move first. So put a choice scarf on him and now he one-shots most things. Suddenly, the minus-defense nature doesn't matter as much.
With him streaming it on YT as well I don't see any major benefit to edit it, sure I know most people would prefer it I can't justify the time sink now that he is officially on YT again!
