The talents are still able to operate and do other projects outside of their character as long as it doesn't directly violate any of the stipulations made in their contracts. So if she somehow garners the attention of a record label through her exposure in Hololive then she's welcome to accept it if she so wishes. But someone of her caliber joined Hololive because she recognizes it's a good place to be and she'll definitely be supported by their management just like all of her senpais before her.
