- At Westminster today Penny Mordaunt once again clashed with SNP MP Dedrie Brock.
Penny Mordaunt has been branded the “minister for clickbait” by the SNP after she criticised the party in a video posted on social media.
SNP MP Deirdre Brock questioned if the Leader of the House of Commons was considering a new career as a stand-up comedian.
Ms Mordaunt said Ms Brock should be thanking her for the “publicity that money cannot buy” and said she was encouraged by the interest in business questions.
In the video posted to X, formerly Twitter, Ms Mordaunt is heard taunting Ms Brock and the SNP for misplacing a fragment of the Stone of Destiny.

The only good things the SNP have done for Scotland since being elected was get rid of the toll charges on the FRB and get rid of prescription charges. But Scots pay the Scottish tax on top of their PAYE so, really, everyone who works is paying the prescription charge of everyone else. Those two things were decades ago, though, and it's been downhill ever since...
We get free prescriptions and the parents get the child payments they don't get that in England are you jealous

I spoke with my local SCOTTISH TORY Member of Parliament about 6 weeks ago. We discussed the 2022 census, where I commented that the population of Scotland had increased not even 300,000 since 1950. He mentioned to me that Scotland is unable to raise enough money to cover the state pension payments of the current population. To put things roughly in context ISRAEL is roughly one third the size of Scotland, and has approximately double the population. The antics of Mr Flynn at the Cenotaph and the crudeness of Mhairi Black in Parliament have helped much to degrade the SNP. Scotland is not the place to be.
