Thanks! 😊I’ve been a freelance writer and TH-camr for a few years now but I decided I wanted to get into the beauty industry more, so I was working a retail job this past year just to get some experience.

We are blessed that he is 100% medically retired from the Marines. He also works full time. I actually don’t receive any disability benefits because he makes too much for me to be eligible for SSI and since most of my work history is freelance work, I haven’t made enough to be eligible for SSDI. He is thankfully 100% medically covered and I’m 80% medically covered through the VA as his spouse. He does also make his VA pay but neither of us are on SSI or SSDI. It was definitely a little tougher financially when I went through my cancer diagnosis though.
@@MeantToBeLindseyB It doesn't matter you should still get a check. My friends daughter died of cancer and had 2 young girls the father makes good income and the mother on worked part time and got paid under the table a lot, her daughter each get a check from SSI from their mother.
Yeah. Lots of people go that route but it's honestly much easier in the long run to focus on working toward a path I enjoy (for me personally anyway). I have honestly so much more freedom not being tied to or worried about the system at this point.
I am SO glad you are back!

What was your job before in retail I can't remember if you already said? And best of luck with all things. I would love to see vlog style videos.

You and your husband must get a comfortable disability money a month.
