On of my favorite parts in The Art of War is when Sun Tzu says something like a good general is a general that is able to avoid war at all costs. Very interesting.
I find you to be, by far the best ASMRist, I struggle with insomnia so I can never sleep without taking sleeping pills and I've been using them for a few months now, but the side effects worsen by depression sadly... so I'm trying to lay off them for awhile and you're the only thing getting me some sleep, thanks so so sooo much! :D
What a great video... I've been falling asleep to it for the past week or so and it still gets me so relaxed, it's somewhat inspiring though it talks about war. Thanks for all your great vids!

So individual sessions with each player of the game to improve their mental performance, consultation with coaches/support staff, mediating team conflicts etc. I've worked with a nice handful of players on current LCS and Challenger teams

Do you work with these professional players as a therapist or as something else? It's okay if it's confidential. I play League and CS:GO right now and trying to get into high level competition.
paolo cortes The field of E-Sports psych is barely beginning, so the very very few of is in it are still hammering out what works. For me it's a combination of helping players stop their minds from interrupting their performance and working out issues within teams. Basically the opposite of what TL has going on atm.
Duff The Psych ASMR My god.. TL is just making a mess right now. Good thing the rumors about Piglet being toxic towards his teammates were proven false. But anyway, yes, with competitive gaming being largely mental, I can see how a psych can play a part. It's cool seeing one of my favorite ASMRtists keeping up with eSports. I'm curious to see how this field grows within the gaming community.
