Love your videos. All your things you showed today are awesome. Your 4 new framed pieces on your wall are gorgeous. I love the name of your yarn shop, "The Loopy Ewe."
A Loopy Ewe day that is perfect for knitting and stitching...thanks for the awesome video...loved the FO’s...smalls and samplers...admire you 1/1 stitching...your Sampler Wall is beautiful...wishing you Joy as you have given us...happy stitching ❣️
I’ve hardly been stitching, but I always enjoy your videos. If a hot glue gun were held to my head, and I had to choose a craft, it would be knitting- it brings me ALL THE JOY! Your giveaway to your shop made me LOOPY! ❤️❤️❤️
Love your stitching! We have similar tastes. I have stitched or purchased many of the ones you showed today. I hope to visit your shop when I come to CO to visit family. They live in Lyons and Longmont. Great video! I am loopy for stitching!
Hi Sheri, lovely to see you again. Your finishes, both framed and unframed are so beautiful, and your sampler wall is filling up fast. I always look forward to your videos as there is so much in them. I am also a knitter as well as cross stitching, patchwork and sewing. Well, until next time, I am off to check out the Loopy Ewe website. Have a good month and take care, Sheri. With best wishes from Down Under 😘💕🇦🇺
@@ColoradoCrossStitcher You’re welcome, Sheri. My mother taught me when I was a little girl as she was a great knitter and didn’t do other crafts. She would sit in her armchair from morning till night, and was also a test knitter for Patons in Australia until she knitted with unwashed wool sheared straight off the sheep’s back which caused her fingers to continually blister. But prior to that, every time a new grandchild was on the way Mum would knit a layette to bring them home from hospital in (and continued to knit for them until she passed away). I continued the layette and baby knitting trend by doing orders for my friends. Shame they went out of fashion. Take care. 😘💕🇦🇺
I always have to pause and add things to my wish list. This time was no exception. The Loopy Ewe has been on my bucket list of knit shops to visit for a very long time. I probably heard about it on The Knit Girllls podcast. In fact, I have been to SSK twice and actually vended there once. I make project bags (or at least used to before it became a full time job), and am the designer of Vanilla Latte socks. Laura Linneman is another tall girl. She's 6' tall!
I love your shop the Loopy Ewe, Sheri♥️You're stitch show today was WONDERFUL. You're always a joy and I can't wait for the next video. Your sampler wall is looking fabulous!
I am loopy about counted cross stitch. My daughter-in-law is a knitter. A gift certificate to your shop would be a great gift for her. Always look forward to your videos...
I always love when one of your videos pop up. What beautiful work you do. So so impressive. Have a wonderful weekend. Mine may be loopy...finishing a beautiful Madonna and Child that I stitched. 🌷🌺💕
I saved the podcast to watch on Sunday morning. I really admire all your stitchery. I really don't know how you find the time. The Loopy ewe must keep you busy as well as your knitting projects. Thank you Sheri. 🇬🇧
Wow!!! Wonderful framed pieces . The Smith sampler is Gorgeous and love your small touches to the basket. What a great idea adding a heart and bunny as you stitch - that will bring a heart smile when framed. Beautiful Wips .
Loved the video! I love Chai from Seraphim! I stitched Strawberry Fields Forever from Blackbird Designs on it. It really brought out the reds in that piece. I am currently stitching Oh Joyous Day by Blackbird Designs on it and am loving it. Great fabric. In fact just had a customer order it for her Strawberry Fields Forever because she liked my model in the shop. Just some thoughts! Happy stitching ❤
You can use pink linen for spring or Easter designs. The frames on your framed pieces are gorgeous. Loopy ewe is a very unique name! Congrats on your 15 year anniversary.
A suggested sampler for your Chai linen: Brenda Gervais’s Hannah Ann Wallace. I think it would be lovely on a linen with pink tones, but I know everyone sees color differently. I am gobsmacked with all that you’ve stitched since last we met, in addition to running your business and all of life’s other must-do’s. Beautiful! Love your G. Leger. Hope to see you at Summer School.
So nice to see you. I think we all had that loopy classmate that sometimes made our school life miserable. I appreciate your honest reviews about fabric, chenille, and hot chocolate. Thanks for sharing your stitching and your haul. Have a wonderful month. Blessings and take care.
Sheri, that is the perfect description of how I feel each time I finish a piece that I am finally going to get to have this piece hanging in my house! Your Smith Sampler is gorgeous!!! Nicola Parkman, from HATS, would totally agree with you about making samplers your own. Your framed pieces and your littles are just gorgeous!! Happy stitching!
Loopy is what my daughter will be if I can get some yarn for her. She just started crocheting granny squares a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. Thanks for sharing your finishes, tips and such. Love the video!
I love watching your floss tubes because you are so put together, it inspires me. You make it sound so easy owning a knit shop, keeping a home, being a mother and being an accomplished cross stitcher . I am a quilter, have done some knitting and just took up cross stitch during Covid. It takes a lot of concentration for me, I could not do it in public, but I am trudging along and getting a little better with time. I would be "loopy" if I couldn't work with my hands, grateful. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your sweet comment, Paula. I'm so glad you found cross stitching - just another wonderful creative outlet. I'm like you - I feel the need to work on something creative every day. It seems to restore my balance and calm my mind. :-)
Enjoyed your video as always. What gorgeous framed pieces which I know you’ll enjoy. I’m loopy today since my cat was terrified all night during a huge thunderstorm!

Half a dozen shawls I want to knit (Temperance on the needles now). Dividing my time between stitching & knitting is hard! I. Need. More. Hands. I can't stitch & knit fast enough!
I love watching your videos. Your samplers (all your stitching really) are absolutely amazing! I also like your idea for keeping small samples of trims on cards attached to a ring. Loopy Ewe is a great name for a shop!
