I LOVE a good book recommendation so thank you for adding more to my to read list 😊😊 I've read Grace Beverley's book at least twice now and it's sooo good, I took so much away from it and it's really changed the way I work. Jay Shetty's book is also really good I think you'll enjoy it. Other recommendations I have are... 101 essays that will change the way you think by Brianna West (I tend to read one chapter in the morning, only takes a few mins and really sets my day up right) The 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey is also really good. I also have How to win friends and influence people on my list, which I haven't read yet but I've heard is a really good one! Yes please to more law of attraction content on here I would love that! Also well done on the podcast... I love it! ❤❤
Love this I was a teen fiction book blogger then moved into chick lit and autobiographical and self help books definitely growing and expanding what I read the self help etc non fiction books are my faves probably thanks to my family as my uncle is an historical author and an ex Oxford university professor so I was brought up reading 😂 but seriously loved your recommendations I'm going to look into these I've just finished some medical biographies highly recommend them so interesting to hear stories from and the little book of series of self help books I find help with my anxiety a lot I mainly find books on Goodreads don't know if you use it too or have an Amazon shopfront? ☺️💖
Wow so many books Jess I would like to read one of them which one I suffer with anxiety and do tent to be more negative than positive where is the best place to find audio books as well thank you x
