It's sounds like a over the top celebration song. But the lyrics are obviously ment as a roast, so the contrast between the melody and the lyrics enhances the irony(of the lyrics). The lyrics in themselves are also a sarcastic twist on the bad rap-roasts that have become so popular on TH-cam. Every other line in the song is also in one way or another ironic, plain childish(on purpose) or almost painfully true. Like I said, there's layers.
