Attention guys!.. anyone studying for AS/A Level Maths please be warned you will lose final Accuracy marks using the Distribution ap, as the probabilities given to 3sf are trucated and not rounded to 3sf, as required. Your answers wont match the examiner markscheme fior the final mark. This is more for probabilities as you can find the critical region, but if asked what is the actual significance level, you may not get the correct answer expected. Best use the stats app instead for all your probabiltiies calculations and round your answeers correctly. Just thought Id pass that on.
This is a fair warning. Thanks for looking out for students here. It is worth noting you can view or edit the probability using OPTN that gives you the full calculator display to (9sf I believe?) that could also help with this. I also think the Stats Freq. Table and/or Table App on the Scientific models also truncates rather than rounds.
@@TheCalculatorGuide Thanks.. I just found the Option >> Edit window where it shows the full string of numbers..I didnt know it was there... thanks a lot! and yes, same thing happens in table as well where we have to float over the elements to see the whole string of numbers. Thanks again.
hello love your content! Could you please let me know if there is a way to save the value i found on the distribution section? Thanks
