@@sharaths2294 The fact that she is a citizen of Japan and the competition didn't take her beauty as the only criteria for peagent. She is the same as the other contestants. Her facial features don't describe her eligibility. So many rounds happened then only you win a competition. As far as I am concerned if American-born is now an Indian citizen and is fulfilling all the criteria of the competition then why not? Here also so many beautiful ladies taking part in the competition from all the states but still only one win in that competition is enough to get the idea of how difficult it would have been to reach there.

What a shame that with all progress humans have made, true education remains distant.
Affairs do not translate into anything that can be used as blame game or sin be it men or women. By this logic all known affairs in Hollywood/Bollywood implies they all have to come and relinquish their identity as actors 🤷♀️, true also for other professions. A doctor should cease being a doctor if he/she has or had an affair after marriage 🤔
And there might be a chance that participants in these beauty pageants actually are being abused by high profile people in power in the name of an affair; just like Epstein’s list. So in that case a girl suffers more injustice than we know of.
